what a shock to find my phone bill, checked it out and found two numbers i didnt recognise 09829305555 and 09829303333  one call lasted 18 mins the other 7 not happy at all

getting high mobile  phone bills because of this number,who the hell are they and how are they able to charge calls to my phone!

That number has been called from your  phone - hence the high bill!

Same as Sharon - better ask people in your house who called them ~!
