I have gotten two text messages from this number. One with a phone number 4043552914 of and another with the phone number 770-445-4455. How can it be that no one knows who's doing this?

I got this phone call several times and it was from Child Support Enforcement-Supportkids,Austin,Texas. If you are dealing with them, good luck! They are out to make big bucks off you and could care less about the children they are stealing from. The parent never recieves a penny! I know because I'm dealing with them. They'll cheat you and keep your money!!!!!!They are a private collection agency who buys out court writs and tries to collect on them! I'm fighting them and will continue to fight them until they are put out of business!!!!

My boyfriend and I have both gotten calls from this 1000000000. He actually answered last night to find out who it was and there was no one there. They continue to call our cell phones every day, several times a day. I answered once and heard people talking on the other end but no one was answering when I said to stop calling me. I have also gotten a text message from the same number. Neither of us can figure out who it is.

Got a text with an actual (310)seven digit number in the body.  I returned the call (from a different land line) and got a random person (a guy) answer.  So I just told him I'd misdialed and he laughed.  It was so odd!

I just got two calls from this same number today  (June 10th).  And one on the 2nd of June.  I answered it the first time (June 2nd) and it immediately hung up.  I didn't answer the calls today.  I called and talked to T-mobile customer service about it on the 2nd and today.  On the 2nd I talked to the person from T-mobile for about 45 minutes.  Today about the same.  But funny thing is that there was no record of my first call to T-mobile and that number didn't show up on my received calls log.  T-mobile told me to answer when they call again so that they can track it.  But I am wondering if someone is leap frogging my phone when that happens and then the charge will go to me?

I'm glad I found this site. The number is the only thing I found on my caller ID -- I was not home to pick up the call.

This number called my home as well as my GF's cellphone in one day, no reoccurrence yet, and we chose not to answer.  

Apparently through the range of different calls, it's a randomly assigned number given by a telephone switchboard and/or illegal telemarketing number changing devices/filters.  I'd answer the call if it comes to you as it may be something you know, and if it turns out to be a collection agency, you know where you can tell them to stick it.  :)  Good luck all.

I got this random text from the number 1000000000 and they texted #6107430109 and i don't know what it means. My friend looked it up and said there is a thing going around that kills you when u answer it!! Isn't that stupid?

I WORK FOR A LARGE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT HAS OVER 1,000 EMPLOYEES WELL I AM THE SWITCH-BOARD OPERATOR AND THIS NUMBER CALLS HERE 10 TO 15 TIMES A DAY A THE PEOPLE THAT SOMETIME ANSWER YOU ARE REALLY SMART MOUTHS THEY DO NOT UNDERTAND THAT I JUST CANT CALL OUT INTO THE YARD AND GET THIS PERSON TO THE PHONE...IT IS VERY UPSETTING FOR ME BUT I HAVE 800 NUMBERS THAT CALL EVERYDAY ALL DAY LONG AND I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO HAVE THESE NUMBERS STOP CALLING THESE PEOPLE AT WORK IF ANY ONE HAS ANY IDEAS OR ANSWERS FOR ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW

A friend left me his number (pretend it's 1234567890) and I texted him.
In reply (a minute later) 100-000-0000 texted me back, and the content was his number (1234567890).

What does that mean?

Got a call from 909 472 2607.  The caller asked, "Who is this?" When I answered,  he repeated, "Who?" I hung up.  A few minutes later I received a text from the 1100... number with the 909 number as the content.

I keep getting calls from this number too (1-100-000-0000)  3 so far today starting at about 8:30.  It's 9:48 am now.

Last week when I got a call from this number, I also got a message that said to call this number: 800-710-9898.  When I called that number I got a message that told me to call: 866-565-9162

I don't understand what the purpose of these calls is. Or is 1-100-000-0000 some caller ID code meaning "out of the area" or something?

I just found this explanation:

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 100-000-0000 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

On July 20th, at 2:46pm, I got a voicemail message on my cellphone from the number 206 551 1562 and when I checked it all I heard were voices but they weren't speaking clearly enough to hear. At 2:47pm that same day I got a text message from the number 1000000000 and the only thing on the text message was the number 206 551 1562.
I don't know anyone who knows how to trick a caller ID, so I'm assuming it must be a telemarketer. If so, it's good to know we can fight back. The problem is, will we be forced to make any payments from these calls or texts, whether we contact them or not?

I just found the number, it's from Sprint. I just hope I don't get nailed with a bill.

Today i got a message from 10000000000 and it left the number: 8182406099
I was freaked out so i called 818240... and a guy picked up. i was to scared to talk so i just hung up. this is kind of freaky.

seems like reverse phone detective owns it for the 5$ charge we pay to see who it is? how bout that truth

We received calls from this number each since a week now and we are in Canada, it's really boring!!!
