I dont even have a eppi and I dont know what that is.
thats scary they probably wanted my credit card number or something like that... S.that!

Got a text from "1010100001". The message read: "FRM:AT&T. SUBJ:ACCOUNT UPDATE. MSG:PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR MAILING ZIP CODE."
In message detail, it said "Message Center: +1-208-597-8917"

I got a text message and it said "Want to chat? See my profile at www.allonaladder.com" So i went to allona ladder and i saw no PROFILE!

Mine said:

It makes no sense at all.

It's a free way to send text messages.

This is a special gateway number generated by the AT&T MEdia email-to-SMS gateway. When email is addressed to NUMBER@CingularME.com or MEdia_ID@CingularME.com or NUMBER@txt.att.net, the incoming gateway forwards to that NUMBER (or the NUMBER for that MEdia_ID) as SMS message(s), and that special gateway number is used to track the email address of the sender. Reply to the sender is easy, because the phone will automatically reply to that special gateway number, which will cause the outgoing AT&T gateway to forward to the email address of the original sender. This is thus the preferred method of AT&T email-to-SMS messaging.

Register at http://mymessages.wireless.att.com and http://cingularme.com/ to block this.  Although I was still unable to block the cingularme.com address.  Call AT&T and complain.

 These texts are sooo annoying!!!!  How do they get our numbers?  I never visited any website, have a profile with any site and NEVER gave my number out to ANYONE I don't know!!!!

Received text msg. on cell phone. From Kay.holecall.com wanted to sell me viagra at 81% off. I believe this person could be getting numbers from returned cell phones. Probably from someone who left it on speed dial or in contacts when returning phones. Will probably get many more now that they have it...

Got this text last night from an email address ( key@slrx.com ) Aug 27th at 7:52pm. The email looks to belong to a Southern Railway Leasing Company. Strange. The body of the text/email said: AFAIUI hey, get 81%o.f.f med.s (Erma.holecall.com). My searching for it lead me to this website, so hopefully something can be done about this.

My boyfriend also got one of these txt messages.  when i tried to see her profile the site could not be found.  so how did she see my boyf's profile? what is this crazy [***]!!

After reading over the posts on this site I tried txting stop to the number.  I instantly recieved a txt back saying that my "message could not be delivered because SmtpNonReplyableMsg" but it was from a different number.I have the same phone, and provider as my bf but i have not recieved any messages like this on my phone. I do not think it is coincidence that most of the people on this site have AT&T, they suck a** anyway! if this is from people sending email's from a computer to random people's phones maybe it should not be an option to do that.  if you cant just make a phone call or sent a txt from phone to phone maybe you dont need to talk that bad. this is a case of our technology coming back to bite us in the a**!

you people are idiots.  the guy on page 7 "hatt" told you how to stop the messages.  you can't reply because it's an email spam server.  they didn't get any of your information.  they're just randomly spamming every AT&T phone number.  all my text spam has stopped after i logged into my account and turned the option off.

I have no online profiles at all and now I am getting threatening texts from 1010100001.  It's scarry
