I have been receiving texts from this number for almost two weeks now.  Googled this number to find out it is from Russia.  Called TMobile who has not been helpful. I get up to a dozen messages a day.

I have been getting these messages for almost a month now since I got my new blackberry. T-mobil wasn't much help. They said they got some guy's answering machine and told me to call, I belive it was some variation of the number with less of the "0's", but still got the same message of "this number is no longer in service, please hang up and try again" kinda stuff. I've tried several variations of the number and keep on getting the same response. I have been getting anywhere from 1-10 messages daily.

I just received my samsung and have the same issue.  I also called t-moble and they said I could add a service for $2.00 a month to block this number, there is no history of this number texting me so they were not able to help me either.  It is very frustrating I get text messages all day and all night from this number..

OMG .. I get this text at least 40 times a day. It seems that everytime I get an e-mail or text this freakin number pops us as a text message. This is the message that I get.n:m=3=1     OK WTF is that about.  I tried to call T-mobile and they tried to sell me something that will block the number for 3.00 a month, I said no thanks and will just hope it goes away.

Call t-mobile and they know what to do.It has to do with your email  and it notifying you have an email. they need to remove all email notifications for them to stop. It happens because your current phone doesnt have email and it comes in as encrypted. Hope this helps ask for tech support.

I finally got the text messages to stop with the help of Sidekick help line.  from what the help personal said the problem is not with exclusively with the sidekick and the blackberry.  from what the personal said it happens when you move the sim card from one phone to the sidekick or blackberry.  I moved from a motorola w490 with email to the sidekick 2008.  Apparently, wen we ported the sim card I had not been signed out of the email on the w490 and its not compatable with the email on the sidekick.   so the text is telling you there is a conversion issue from the motorola format (which is what your sign into) and the siekick format.  so she told me to delete the email accounts out of the sidekick leveling only tmail.  then take the sim card out of the sidekick, place it in my old phone and delete the email addresses off that phone, place the sim back in the sidekick and viola problem solved.... no more texts from this number.  And yes, tmobile was the one that told me that I had 2 options get a new number or block ALL texts.  After talking to the sidekick helpline I was told that replacing the number would not have helped as it was my email causing the problem and the blocking text wasnt recommendated.  I hope this helps other people.  I would say that if it doesnt help go to the sidekick or blackberry help line ---- skip over your cell provider.
