The 2nd time I got a call from this number (several months ago) I pressed 3 to be removed from their call list.  Since then they have have just started calling more.

I often come home from work to a message on the answering machine.... to lower my interest rates press 1 to take advantage while I still can...

Called 5 times by this number and when i get a person on the line they hange up! Asked for supervisor and they hung up!

Called 5 times I hung up 3 and waited one, and got a hold of somebody that hung up on me when i asked for supervisor!
Number shows 111-222-3334

a recording started as 'Hi, this is Meme, I am calling regarding your credit card account.."  hubby hung up as soon as he heard this.  I now have that number on my call blocked list.

I just received this call too and I didn't pick it up, my phone goes to fax after 4 rings and all I heard were cranking noises ....

m'indiquant que mon crédit n'est pas en danger mais que si je veux
profiter d'un bas taux de crédit, faites le 1. Bien sûr, je raccroche tout
simplement. Lors de l'appel, la vois pré-enregistrée ne fournis pas le
nom de l'entreprise ou institution finançiaire. Ce doit être un cas de fraude
pour prendre possessionde ma ligne de téléphone.... à suivre!

We have been receiving calls, sometimes two or three a day, for the past couple of months.  I've made several attempts to have calls stopped, to no avail.  I've pressed 1 to get a live person, cursed at them, and today screamed in their ear for as long as I could.  I've engaged them in conversation, asked them if they know if I really have a credit card, and was told, when asked, that they are not permitted to devulge their location or mailing address.  If anybody can tell me how to stop this, I'd be more than happy to see methods printed.  I will contact the CRTC, the Canadian governing body over these things, although I don't have much hope for action from them.

C'est l'enfer. I have come to hate and detest talking on the phone. At least my ans machine catches them. Telemarketing is like a cancerous algae sliming everything. What isf you have a relative in hospital- etc. Every time the phone rings your heart jumps into your throat. Telemarketers are inconsiderate b@$t@R%S.

Message reçu dans ma boîte vocale ce 17 juillet à 18h41, en anglais au débit très rapide difficile à comprendre et demandant d'appuyer sur le 1 pour être mis en communication avec un agent d'une compagnie?? ou le 3 pour effacer notre nom de leur liste!!!  Si on me rappelle je porterai plainte auprès du service des fraudes de la GRC dont le numéro spécial de leur Centre d'appel national Phone Busters est 1-888-495-8501.

Ma boîte vocale a pris plusieurs de ces appels depuis quelques mois. Cette fois-ci j'étais là pour répondre et faire le "3", supposément pour être retiré de leur liste.

On vient de m'appeler le 19-07-2008 vers 14h00 ,une femme qui se nomme Minie c'est un message en anglais. Je n'ai pas écouté le reste du message, mais j'avoue que ça laisse un goût amer après avoir lu les commentaires des autres. Merci tout le monde pour votre vigilance !!!

Ca fait maintenant 2 mois ou plus que je reçoit ces message ou ces téléphonne fatiguant :" hi this is mimi.....bla bla youre credit is perfect..press 1 to speak with someone". J'ai finalement réussi  a rejoindre quelqu'un et quand je lui ai dis que j'Étais plus que tannée de ces messages et appel a raison de 3-4 fois par semaine il m'a raccroché la ligne du nez!  je ne suis pas la seule qui reçoit ces appel j'Étais chez mon oncle et il a re¸u le même appel..j'ai un copain qui se fait harcelé a mainte reprise.... Qu'est-ce qu'il faut faire pour qu'ils arrête?????

j'ai oublier de quoi dans mon dernier message....trop frustrée j'imagine..lol  appeler votre service téléphonnique..."Bell, vidéotron......ect.." et faites une plainte pe qu'il pourront faire de quoi s'ils reçoivent assez d'appel!!

A female calling as a collection agency (no name) demanding pay your credit card as its over due.Replied, I have no credit card,then instructed to press one on the phone and a male voice Yells and demands "shut your mouth and listen".Pay your credit card now,replied again I have no credit cards sir,yells again "shut your mouth and listen"I then told the male I do not have to listen to you and will not be spoken to in this manner,I terminated the call.The matter has been reported to the local police and notified the banks.
This is another case of a Scam.

j'ai recu un appel pour baisser mon taux d'intérêt sur ma carte de crédit.

j'ai démandé au gars (en anglais) de me donner des détails sur sa compagnie et ect... afin de le dénoncer a la GRC. il m'a répondu "shut the f*** up".

That number i dont like, hes a f***ing scammer because i could hear his family in the background, he said press 1 to lower your credit card intrest rates and i thought oh ok thats awesome. So then a someone from pacastan comes on and says do u have visa or mastercard and i said yeah right im reporting your number to bell and the police and get this checked out and by the way he is a scammer!!!!!!

Ça, ça c'est pourquoi on devrai rendre illégal ce genre d'appel.
Sérieusement. Ils appellent depuis plusieurs temps, même après que j'ai déménagé et changer de numéro. Et puis, la fille au téléphone, elle dit des trucs comme: "Ceci est votre dernière chance"
Bah oui, elle disait ça aussi il y a deux mois....

they insist to know what i owe on my credit card

i pressed 1 to talk to a person to see who they were wanting to talk to about the credit card. the guy answered said you pressed 1, i said yes and then asked who he wanted to talk to about what credit card company and the bastard hung up on me.
