Wangiri (literally, "One (ring) and cut") is a Phone fraud that originated in Japan. The scam involves a computer using hundreds of phone lines to dial mobile phones numbers at random. The numbers appear as missed calls on the recipients mobile. Believing a legitimate call was cut off, or simply curious, users are enticed to call back. The numbers are either premium rated, or contain advertising messages. 120-460-2300 belongs to this category

Received a call advising computer has been infected.  The person who took the call was advised to call 1-888-722-310 missing one number and talk to Alex.

I got a call from a number. It matched almost exactly this number except it was missing one digit. Called ID came up with 20-460-2300. I've never seen caller ID come up with a 2 digit area code before. This is the only number that I have found so far thats even close.

So who is it?

Someone called me from this number and was talking very nasty and wanting me to pay $100 for "male company" ( don't know how to put it nicely!)

this number constantly calling, they even accidently left a voice mail which sounded like indian workers talking amoung themselves even though it shows as a number calling from canada on my phone. very annoying
