I just got a call and the CID said unknown caller from Energy Star - saying that in our Dominion gas bill a while back we got a message about Dominion and Energy Star .... doing business and he wanted the person responsible for the gas bill.  My husband handles all of that and is at work  I explained.  He said he wanted me to find an old bill - I have no ideal where one would be as my husband has his own system.  He said "hey I've been on the phone since 9:00 I need a break - I'll wait while you find one."  Warning bells are ringing and I told him I didn't have the time to look at the moment.  I called the number back and it was busy.
