This number keeps calling my line and no one is there... Its driving me insane!!!!

just talked to bell.. it's an automated calling machine that monitors times when you pick up and will sell your number to various telemarketers.

if you answer, press # 11 times.  this will screw up their machine and stop future calls.

I have have calls from this number for months. FINALLY I found an email address to Mary.Sommers@etechinc.com. I emailed her and she replied "Please let me know if you receive any further calls as our IT department has set your number to uncallable status and your number will be removed from all the call lists tonight during processing."
NO calls for about 3 weeks, then yesterday they started again.
I reported them to the DNC as my number is listed there. No help
Would someone please tell me what I can do for these to Stop?

Does anyone know the company name? I'm in BC and my telephone company told me that the call was local even though it was 123(area code). This hast to be harassment I get called 3 to 4 times a day ( I don't answer anymore) and it has been ongoing for 4 weeks know. Theh worse is it's on my cellphone.

If anyone has info about he company please share

i have th same prblm, it calls me also 3 to 4 times everyday!!! the only solution is that bell will put a caller id filter, something like spam email filter...

Same issue here. 3-4 times a day, I can even set my watch by them. Got Telus block service, then after 1234567892 called again, I dialed *60, waited for a moment, and then dialed #01# After that, the Telus voice said "the number 1234567892 has been blocked". Now, let's see :)

I'm in Halifax, NS and I've getting these calls for weeks from this number....I answered it last night and I could here someone talking english with an arabic accent.  I was talking back but they could not hear me.  I'd love to find out where they are!!  A$$H@(E$!!!!!!

Usually no one is there when I answer.
But today I was asked if I speak polish by a lady.
Im canadian with a polish background, and I hate that I never learnt how to speak polish. So I never got to communicate enough to find out what is going on.
Im hopeing the polish lady will call back again tonight when my parents are over so I can get to the bottom of this.

Aren't automated calling machines illegal?? They should be.. grr I'd love to give these people a piece of my mind..

In Edmonton, Alberta. According to my call display, 5 calls from this number yesterday, 7 today so far...

I've just starteg getting this and it's really annoying. I've been also receiving calls to my cell from somewhere in Louisiana (i think) with a spanish message, but they haven't called in a while. I wonder if it's the same outfit.

I recently receive 123 456 7892 calls too, I call Bell for help. The guy doesn't seem to know much but he suggests me to call this number: 1 888 495 8501 or you can go to this site :  www.recol.ca

If we all complaint, I think the owner of 123 456 7892 could be in trouble.

That number calls both my home line and my business every hour on the hours, from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM and nobody ever speaks.
Make a record of times they call you for 2 or 3 days and report that to your telephone company as harassment.

They also call my business line about 7 - 8 times a day, pretty much every hour too.  I've also started to write down when they call with time and date and I have reported them to my boss who also gets the calls.

The best thing is for everyone to report them for harassment and eventually, they'll get in trouble.

This number called twice today,  and when I pick up there is no one there.

This number called me this week. When I answered lady asked me if I spoke Polish. I hung up.
