My phone called this number 3 times without my knowledge and it's a premium rate number

My phone has a charge to this number that i didnt make,1518303255 @ a charge of €2.85.
Can you tell me who this is?

This number came up on my phone as I had my phone in my hand! I did not dial it & just swiped 'cancel'. Was unsure, at the time whether I was receiving the call, but then checked to see it was made from my phone!! Obviously, I did not dial it. Very strange.

Same happened to me just now,i accidently rejected it ,and then made a call back ,the computer answered me that it's a Game and a call cost is 3 euro,so i hang up but i obviously got charged - [***] !!!

I got a call from this number just few min ago,i accidently rejected it and then rang back ,the computer voice told me  something about that it's a game stop and that call costs 3 euros ,so i hang up,but i obviously got charged ...and not quite sure how much ,think that was much more then 3 euros though.

This number comes from a kids app. My daughter was sitting on lap playing "fairy dress up" and next think u noticed was a dialog box asking if she wanted to call or cancel this number! So watch out for these type of free apps.

7 of these calls were made from my phone on 11/4/2014. I realised this as I got billed €2.85 for each call! How do I stop this happening again???
