Caller ID said "New York" ... when I answered a man with an East Indian accent said he was calling me because I had Microsoft Word. I told him I didn't have a computer ... he then asked for me by name. When I said, "yes, that's me", he said he must have the wrong information if I didn't have a computer. There was a lot of chatter in the background of the call, like a phone room.

They called me today, said there were problems with my windows.  I told them they had just been washed, the screens were clean too.  Even with his accent, I could tell he did not care for my response.
