The guys name is KEvin Peterson.  DO NOT pay him any money. He is a scam artist who is trying to get your credit card information.  He called me and told me he was from Payday Loan.  I have never applied for a loan in my life.  He said I owed him over 700.00 dollars.  DO not pay him.  He is a liar.

I am getting calls from this 181-068-6161 number and they are saying I owe them 900.00 dollars.And the only way I can keep myself out of jail was to fax a paper admitting that I took a loan out in Nov of last year. And I could pay them back in payments on the 1st of ever month. But they did not give a good call back number. He is a liar and I have not taken a loan out for 900.00 dollars.

I was getting this call at work and on my mobile phone.  He was very threatening, and said his name was "Jack Anderson."  He told me to call him back at 310-598-1769, and when I did, it went straight to a generic sounding voice mail.  He asked for either me or my "retained attorney" to call him back. He told me that if I didn't call him back he can only "wish me luck while the situation unfolds on (me)."  This seemed like a scam, so I did call him back and had my "attorney" call as well.  We both left stern messages about not calling again.  Hope this helps someone!

yeah this guy changes his name all the time he said that he was Daniel Martinez but i know that is not his name.  I took out a payday loan and he said that they were suing me for 996.46 for none payment even though i have made a payment arrangement with them. they called my phone 60 times one day while i was at work, then the next day while i was at school they called me 30 times. they leave messages saying that you have to give them your credit card number or a debit or pre-paid card for them to settle it out of court but they don't take money orders no real business turns down money orders.  they are full of crap.  I even called my loan place and said that they have been calling people who haven't even taken loans with them telling them that they were suing them. She said do NOT give them any information.

Caller keeps calling me saying that I owe lots of money on a payday loan and calls me over 20 times a day...This is a scam!!!! Do not fall for this!!!!

Not only are they calling from this number they are calling from 215-279-5922 and 215-383-5677 in 8 minutes they called me 15 times now you can imagine how many times a day they call !!!!!
The person that contacted me was an Allan Parker and the person that leaves the message is a Jack Johnson and then when you call back there is no such person. make sure that you dont provide nor confirm any personal information for they have your personal information make sure that you file a report with your credit report company if they have your personal information god knows what they can do with that !!!

I get the same person. He says I have a law suit and I need to send him my phone number and my social to download my case. I get the same endingd wishing me good luck and the guy is calling from an off-shored number anyway. What a Jerk!

said that legal action on a loan is being taken and if not taken care of in the next few days was going to be charged with fraud. never gave a call back number he always had to call back  WHAT A SCAM AND WHO IS THIS WERIDO???

seriously he called earlier this year saying his name is jack anderson... now hes wil parker??? what do i dooo i remember picking up one time n hes trying to verify my Bank account number my social and my birthday..hes still calling.. now hes blocking his number!!! what do i do.. my friend said report it to the cops?

same call: recorded message, from indian subcontinent accent.  Sort of dumb calling a governmental agency. Told to call 949 202-4689.  Gave name of Doug Fletcher.  I get about one call a day.

I got a call at my job today (and how they got that number dont' know, because i am just a temporary here and dont' give out the number), said his name was John Wilson, but last week when he called my cell he was Mark Parker. He said he was with Cash Connect, which I have never  heard, looked them up and they have a claimer on their website, saying someone is fraudulantly using their name to try and get money. Cash Connect is an ATM business they don't give out loans. He tried to get me to verify my social, and i told him no, whatever he has he can mail to me, but told me no time for that. I hung up, he called back and I told him to stop calling my place of business, he laughed and said he going to keep calling, he hung up. he called me for 20 minutes straight before stopping finally. On cash connect they had a link to the FBI, so i reported him.

I called the number back after the idiot called me like 20 at work, and no one greeted me with hello this is such and such, the foreign guy said hello how can I help you? I hung up because if this was a business then they would have identified themselves as one. It's a scam guys..

I been getting calls from these people for about 2 weeks they keep saying I owe them 5000 for a loan I took out about 6 months ago that was paid they are a scam do not give them any of your information do not answer their calls they are very rude the man and woman her name was Lisa. The man of Indian nationality called my phone left a voice message and cursed me out for hanging up on him. I called today to see what company they were from the lady named Kathy said a law firm I asked her for the name of the law firm and she hung up on me. Now everytime I try to call the number back it says its disconnected. Please do not give any of your information to these people.

got call from this guy again, this time his name was Steve Watson and the call back number is 415-233-4654. first time he called he said he calling for hakeem, the second time he said raheem, and third time he finally said my name. he is a scam, every week it's a new number and new name... i keep reporting him to FBI, Attorney General and FTC.

A guy named David Jones with a strong foreign accent called four times today and once yesterday alleging I owe money to Cash Connect.  I DO NOT OWE any money to Cash Connect nor have I heard of them. When you look up the web-site for Cash Connect they have a Fraud Alert message stating that if you receive a call from these people that you owe money it is a SCAM and do not give any personal info to them.

Just received the same phone call from the 810-676-161 number. Same two people with accents. they stated that I had taken out a loan and did not pay them back, they also stated that if I did not resolve it they were going to press charges with the State of California. I knew this was some sort of scam once I saw the phone number. The only information they had was my name, phone number, and email address. Please do not give any of these people any information. Thanks to this website I confirmed thius was a scam. Also, on the Cash Connect website they also have a fraud alert.

guy had lots of personal information, think they are hackers and scammers...hope the get caught, called saying he was peter adams, thick indian accent, apparently I had a payday loan, and now I owe 700 dollars...never even had a loan in the state of PA. Pray for them please...hope this helps someone else...also leave a 215 number to call back on...

They keep calling about a payday loan, I've never had one at all, and threaten legal action. Everyone I've talked to has an accent but uses celebrity names, Emma Watson, James Madison, ect.
