at 10:30 am I recieved a call from this number. No message left.

Got aq call from this number.  No message left.  Who is this?

I have been receiving calls from this number off and own for a few (started the last part of May) weeks now. I attempted to answer the first couple of calls. Only to get no one there. I got another call yesterday (6/21, at 8:55 PM) and tonight (6/21 at 10:02). This time I looked up the number and found this site. I tried to return the call and got the "call can not be completed at this time" recording.

Starting to wonder why and how the calls are being made? +1 means is within the US or Canada. However after that there are not enough digits to complete a call from area code "910", and there is no 191 (or 1xx) area codes with country code +1.

Its a call from a calling card.  Someone from Mexico called me and it displayed that number.

i receive this call yesterday 4/20/2009 at 8:19 p.m. pacific time, i dint had my phone with me when it came in, when i notice the missed call i called back and realized that there is a number missing,,, weird

i've recieved eleven calls from this number in less than 24 hrs.
On 4/25 @ (3:57, 4:01, 4:33, 5:15, 6:11, 6:30, 6:45,all pm)
On 4/26 @ (6:24am, 6:26,am 9:33am, 12:02pm)

It being made from a calling card. My sister in law calls me all the time with a calling card from mexico and this number shows up. It's no one playing a prank or some kinda marketing. It's someone actually calling from Mexico with a card.

i think is a call from mexico too...'cause i never receive this kind of calls 'till now..i just need to find out who's calling..is someone from my family 'cause i got family in mexico

Yes, it is someone from Mexico using a phone card...that was my case.

I received a call on my cell from 191-052-XXXX today.
I missed the call but a message was left which was mostly dead air with a women who sounded spanish muttering a few sounds and then hung up.

Its from USAFIS,an organisation that provides american visas,they want you to pay about 600 euros in order to get in the american visa lottery,they are gonna ask for your credit card number in order to get you in the lottery,don't give it,about 19 million people every year participate in the lottery and only 50.000 win a visa.
