First a female voice called me speaking with russian accent, asked me a few questions and then transferred the call to Jason Francis who talked with me for 1 hour, send me 2 emails with a biography and data references for a company named Scorpion Performances and the second day called me to give him my personal data to open an account and make the shares reservations. He told me that he give me "his word" that i`ll earn 100.000 USD in one year if i buy 20.000 shares at his company. He called me at 11 am in my country when in America it was something like 2 am, and he said that he just run out of an important meeting and he has great news for me. I don`t think that anyone in America is having big meetings at 2 am.

I have same experience like Cristian but I did hang up before spending my time with Francis :)

I have been investing with Scorpion for the past 2 years.  They are who they say they are and i seen it with my own eyes, in florida.

I have received 2 phone calls on my mobile both on a Tuesday and  both at the same time at 2.00pm Malta time. The caller is a woman with russian accent and asks for the owner of the company name which was taken from my website.  When I answer that I am the owner she hangs off. I saved the number under a name and this very afternoon I had the same call from a different female voice.  She once again asked for the owner. I pretended I was not the owner so I asked who was on the other line and if she wanted to leave a message.  At this moment she hung off immediately.

Is this investment good?
Or is it a scam? I am in Europe.
Many people here think, investing with them is a scam..........

They say, they go public on 3rd May 2010 on the NASDAQ.
Is that true?

after 10 years of trying to raise money, lets hope they might make it. it is your money if they have the money the need why are they asking for money. if this deal is so good why did they call you.

i have invested 1 million euro with mr derek bridges and it seems to be good.

scorpion performance = scam........qt globe = scam........both companies are run by the same people,both companies claim they are going public,both companies have been saying this for years...both companies start by selling common shares then options to buy common shares then preferred shares.....BE WARNED

Just wondering did you find out anything about Scorpion Performance,
I stupidly invested with them 4 years ago and even went to florida to see the business,

Now company is still operating,opening a new plant in Ocala,but no sign of a flotation and the books looks bad.

beginning to think this was an elaborate scam as the investor relations side of it was always very pushy,
but when books were issued with the SEC showed these sellers were getting half of the investment as commision,

have been putting in a call but get the same rubbish each time,about the economy and so on...

If you could shed any light on it would be eternally grateful

A person close to me has invested a great deal of money in Scorpion Performance. Personally I am convinced that it is a scam but I don´t have enough information to convince my friend. Therefore I would be most grateful for any information about this matter. Issues that might be good to adress are:
