it wasnt a call i have recived texts from this number and i have text back saying plz stop sending me text but they  wont stop. When they finally stopped another number started to text me 19999986

I received the same message and have been billed $20, 3 lots on same day at same time. Have had no contact with provider. TElstra have blocked them and have text back STOP so will see what happens either way I won't pay it!

I have the same problem and has been billed $45!!!

This is ridiculous and I don't have a chance to unsubscribe.

My wife is having a very similar problem with this number........a series of $5 sms charges  on the same day. We have had no contact whatsoever with the provider. Went to mBill website and after a lot of stuffing around found a call charges page which shows that Australian telco companies such as Vodaphone and Telstra have a share in the revenues generated. This is very very suspicious.

Yup same here, scammed $10bucks, in two $5 sets...Fantastic.. Ohh sure, its only 10 bucks so they wont care.. 10 bucks from him, 10 bucks from her.. Scam, crime, money back, gaol for you scumbags. 10 bucks, 10 million bucks, you will be castrated..

if i dont send stop will they keep on messaging me at $5 an sms??? ive already had two and am terrified as i only use my phone for emergencies that i will never have any money on my phone as a result of this....was it just something and they go away after that or are they consistantly going to do this....please help should i change my number???

Yes, I got sucked in. This is the second time in my life I got scammed with an online add to win something. I did not open the SMSes and immediately called 1300764254 which was simple to unsubscribe. I hope it really unsubscribes me, but the last time I got sucked in it worked smoothly.

I hope this unscrupulous advertising is made illegal soon!!

yes also got sucked in, a pop up site telling me i could win a i-phone. got the messages, when i received my bill the next month, charged $30 for 6 messages. WTF!!! totally pissed of, called the 1300764254 number to unsubscribe, hope it stops charging me!

I have msg'd STOP and spoken to Telstra - also called the 1-300 number and am promised a call back from their head office within 2xbusiness days. Threatened them with the Telecommunications Ombudsman - will advise what i hear people - what a scam! - this is their website - hammer them ->

i recharged on monday with $30 bukz, and i did not make one call 1 text message or anything, i called vodafone because i thought they were the ones taking my credit, turns out the man tells me that i hav been receiving messages from the 19707000 number and they been taking all my credit, $27 bux ! they should stop this.

I think I've been charged $10, but my bill hasn't come in yet as I've only just started my first month. I called Optus, and the operator said it was a service called 'babe of the day' at that number. Naturally, I can't even recall -hearing- that name, and definitely didn't subscribe to it. I've left a message at the 1300 number, and hopefully I will be called back.

Sending in the keyword STOP to any service will unsubscribe you, you should then be sent back a free sms stating you have been unsubscribed from the service.

This applies too any service throughout Australia by law.

I received my THREE bill and have been charged $35 for 19707000 Receive - Description was Sybase 365 .... have sent them STOP msg. Will complain to THREE and see what happens
