same message as from a different # which I blocked - female robot voice says they are going to charge me with two counts of fraud against my SSN - doesn't say which agency, what state or county or jurisdiction  - I hung up - and will block this one too if they call again.

I have got 2 calls from this number saying they r gonna send a summons to me for fraudulent charges.... Umm ok? But won't answer when I call then or they put me on hold for over 10 min n so I call back and no answer ... Idk who this is or what im supposed to have done but I'm blocking the number BC I believe its a scam n somehow the got my parents number and are starting to harass them about this but still won't say what its about so plz if anyone knows what to do let me know

Yes, I as well, received a call from this Jersey City,NJ number on 4.8.15. Sounded "robo" & stated x2 that..."You have 2 charges of possible fraudulent activity"..., went on to say something I could not hear (muffled sound). Then went on to say, "call back @ (repeated same # above), before a summons would be issued by your local sheriff's dept at your door". The "caller" went on to provide a "case number" & the return call requested was to their "legal dept". I was quite suspicious, as I, to my knowledge, have NO criminal record & am not "fraudulent"! This needs to be reported to the proper state authorities-IA.

Have been getting the same calls on my phone my husbands phone and now my parents phone as well

I received the same call, it was automated and knew my full name. But I never actually spoke to a live person. Also, I have received a live call as well telling me the same thing. This is a scam people. And what's interesting, they never leave a message.

These people obviously DO NOT KNOW THE FCC law. They are truly a scam if someone is going to talk law you will not listen to a robot you will Speak with a human.  This phone number is out of Jersey. If someone is out there that has received a call PLEASE send the authorities to their doorstep. Thank you

I just got the same message. I had been getting calls before and blocked the number. Now this is a new number but same prefix. Saying I am being charged with two charges in my county because of fraudulant activity on my ssn...

I received the same call, but I've blocked the number! The caller was so rude so I told her what part of me she could kiss and she hung up!

VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!I recieved a message yesterday and called back to speak to them and figure this out. I do want you guys to know they had my social security number, bank information, and previous address. They said I took out a loan in 2011, and that a deposit was made straight into the account. They gave me the name Gateway Lendors Group. They couldnt give me a number, a location, or an amount of the loan before late charges. They were trying to charge me $989, but were willing to take it down to $495. I was able to get them down to $450 within seconds.  So I wanted everyone who didnt speak to them to know that there is a good chance they have your info. So be carefull, and report them. This could end up being a very bad situation. And just to be clear....they had the entire social security number, not just the last 4.

they also keep calling me but this is from a different number about 2 cases of fraud that would be charged...call them now before I get summons...said they would serve it at  work or home...been calling for 6 months plus and nothing

Got a call today from this #, have no idea why they would be calling.  Will wait and see what happens.
