Got 3 calls today from them.  Called back and they answered West Asset Management.

They're a collection agency. I found their website by googling the name.

Beware!  They call today strong arming my mother.   Don't verify anything with this guy.  ANOTHER SCAM.

this person called at 8;13 this moring  trying to also strong ariming me but  did not let him,  DO NOT GAVE THIS PERSON ANY INFO AS HE WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO OR WHAT COMEING HE WAS FROM,  ARE WHAT HE WANTED JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHERE i lived  MAY BE A SCAM  AND I REPEAT DO NOT GAVE HIM INFO UNLESS YOU REALLY WAWT TO  I DID NOT,

Very annoying, a scam, delete ignore it

They are a collection agency that piggy backs off of real reputable collection agencies. Theyr'e sneaky, they will also call from 877-541-8420, and 775-319-1502.They are trying to collect a legitemate bill most of the time. the only way to get off your back and get even is to find out what bill you owe, pay it, and tell them you paid  the debter next time they call. They will ask you for the payment info, don't give it to them. tell them that it is their job to make sure that theyr'e collecting legitemate debt, don't call me again or I will sue you under the provisions of the fair debt collection act.
 They will call you again and then sue them for $1,000.00 for harassment.
THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU PAY THE DEBT THAT YOU OWE.

First time they called, it was a person who asked for someone not me (never heard of the person, either). I told her she had a wrong number. Now when they call it's automated, again asking for the person (press one if you are this person, press two if you need time to get this person, and press three if this person is not available). Doesn't give the option this person isn't at this number.

I got two calls first time it was the press 1 if you are said person and it then it said everyone was busy.  They called again i hung it up so it wouldn't go to voicemail. I called back and the guy answered...Hello..I have nothing out for collection he asked me to verify who i was and I said I wasn't who he asked about and he said he would remove my number from their computer dialer...hmmmm

This guy has been calling my number for over a year - one to six times per day!  (I have caller id and special long-distance ring.) The first time I answered his call, I told him he had the wrong number and that person was not a member of my household, that I didn't have any info on the person, and I could not help him further.  I can't believe he called again.  I answered and told him the same thing. He has continued to call every day since.  Even on weekends!  I have since stopped answering all long-distance rings until I identify the number calling.   He has used several different area codes and has called from all of them everyday.  I called my local phone company and the only way I can get some help is by sending him a letter of complaint via registered mail and if he should again call, report him to my state's attorney general.  Why can't something be done that does not take time and expenses from the innocent victim!?  This is blatant harrasment completely out of our control.
