Who and what is this

They have called me saying I was approved for a goverment grant of $50,000. I want to know if this is real or not because if its not they need to stop setting people up and thinking they are going to get help when they are struggling.

They have majority of my information. Such as my banking account and,etc.

just called irs fraud admin. they know of no government sponsored programs for grants which are tax rebates in that amount. They classify it as phishing. i would change my banking info now ny closing any accounts u have and re-opening a new one. if u gave out your social security number, even the last 4 digits, u may have a problem

remember, if sounds to good to be true, it probably is. u may want to not use ur info as a primary account holder, get a partner u trust and set it up with them. also u may want to call and buy lifelock, information protection specialists

number from hackensack nj. states was selected from internet sign up for governmanrt grants prograsm. states selected to receive 50,000 grant tax free., from government as a tax rebate grant. number is 201-211-8151. irs considers it as telemarketing phishing

11-23-12 I got a call on 11-21-12 from this number saying I got a 50,000, goverment grant and I should receive it within 24-48 hours, I called back today, they said I will be getting a call within the next day saying I will get a call from the transaction dept. and as soon as they verify everything the deposit will automatically go into my account. PLEASE don't tell me it's a fraud, I have nothing, I mean NOTHING, I have cancer, which is not only killing me physically but killed me financially, PLEASE this can't be a scam!

Called from 201-225-8151 number. Beware this is a scam.!!!!! Thought my worries were behind me. Guess not.

This number just called me, I didn't answer looked this information up on line and saw this.  So I called them back to tell them not to call me again, I told them that according to the IRS they are a scam and Phishing... The lady hung up on me and now they won't answer  and the mailbox is full. Where can we report them?

My young adult son got this call and was told he would receive 50000. in Government Grant moneys to start his own business. Was told he had to go to Western Union to collect 8250. first after sending 250. for the taxes. Then the other 42000. would be transfered into his bank account. He sent the 250. and then was on the phone with them and they said there was transation problems and it would have to be sent in 2000. amounts the following day. The 42000. that was to post in his bank account after midnight never did. Been calling and only get voicemail. He said he was even on the phone with Bank of America when he was also talking to the Grant Dept. at Western Union. Did he just loss 250. that he borrowed from me? Who can we contact to file suit?

I got called from them to... i gave them.a little info. but i called today and the.number is.disconnect and i need that.. smh these.[***] ppl.is trying to.get into ppls.accounts.. happy my account was cleared.. i woke this morning and reported my card lost.. so try anything those muther [***] is goin down?? they have a new number...
