    Several messages left from this number. Call has foreign accent but leaves message indicating they need to talk to me or my 'attorney of record' Last message was in a threatening vein and said if I didn't return call. "all I can do is wish you and your children good luck".

    Where can I report them and take action against them?

    Report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the police for Identify theft.  They are scammers that got your info from an online payday loan site.  DO NOT EVER SEND THEM MONEY OR GIVE THEM ANY INFO.   They are terrorisys, tell them "we got Osama Bin Ladden and we will get them".  That pisses them off.
