Automated voice selling beach vacation.

continually calls and leaves no message....I'm on a no call list!!!!

I was called from phone number 201-257-4100, the called ID said "Won It".  The recording said that my car warranty was about to expire and if I wanted to renew it to push 1 for a representative.  I did.  I heard a lot of voices in the background and then was put on hold a long time.  I hung up and called the number back and a recording said if you wish to be taken off of our call list enter your phone number.  I didn't.  In the next couple of weeks I was received a couple of calls from the same area code:  Smith CCM 201-257-4890; R Simmonds 201-257-4012.  I called and entered my phone number to be taken off of their calling list, like the recording said.  Since then I haven't received anymore calls from 201 area code, but someone called me yesterday and she got a recording that instructed her to call 10-15-15-8000 and that each call would cast $4.00 per minute.  I had her double check to make sure she dialed the right number and she said that she did.  I emailed the FCC.
