This is the same company calling repeatedly with an automated message about credit cards that harasses people.   They won’t get on the line, and googling their phone # only brings up sites where the public complains about their intrusive calls.   Complain about them to the federal government at: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

(201) 267-5646. Automated cell phone call, auto-dial. Phishing scam. Female recorded voice: "About your credit card account...Related to the stimulous program...Lower your interest rate...Last Chance..." This violates several laws. Fake company. Do not answer, do not reply, do not push a button to talk or be "removed from list" -- it is an infamous trick. Never provide ANY information, not your name, credit card company name, nothing. Google other reports and complaints online -- you can confirm widespread telephone Phishing attacks. Phone # information available. GoogleMap the area. Contact relevant enforcement authorities and their phone provider. Contact local TV News consumer help reporters & give them the story -- you may see it on TV! You are not the only one. There are also websites where you can report scams and ripoffs, make consumer complaints. EZ to find, and do. If you can not Block these crooks from calling your cell phone -- as most customers can not -- try assigning a personalized Ringtone to the incoming phone #, just choose the most quiet & non-annoying ringtone (some systems even let you assign Alert tones as a Ringtone, and some of these are  pretty quiet and only sound off once, not over and over, driving you crazy). If you don't answer their scam calls, you can then just recognize the # on your phone's list of Missed Calls, and delete. You might want to keep a log of these thugs for future police, FBI, FTC and other actions.

Received this call today, a recording states that this is about your credit card account and that this is your last chance.  Reverse phone lookup says it's a landline in New Jersey.

I received two calls from this number for the same reasons as everyone else, but I actually got to talk to the [***]. I tried to get any information he had about me from him. Of course, he had no clue and thanked me for "wasting an entire minute and a half of his f***ing day." I responded with "Get off your mom's couch and find a job, Fat Ass." It was pointless, but made me feel a little vindicated.

Did not answer the call but checked reverse calling. Thanks for all the info out there. I wish that I could get all the phone numbers of these idiots and call them back. Do not call is a joke. I have so many telemarketers blocked that I have no more entries left.  People need to learn how to make a honest dollar without harassing people.

Trying to get you to divulge personal information and credit card information under the guise of reducing interest rates on your credit cards.  When I told him repeatedly that I would not provide him my card numbers they hung up...scam

I received the same message from several different numbers.  I reported this to FCC last year and they did not stop. We need to go around them and file complaints with our Congress folks to see what can be done.

Got a call from 201-267-5646 and I stayed on the line to finally ask them to stop their calls.  When a man answered I said I want to be removed from their call list.  He said "what the F^#@?  You wasting my time!"  He seriously said that!  Do not answer those calls.  That company needs to be shut down/

Received a call from this number. I pressed 1 to talk to a person, and asked the name of their company.  They told me it was the Credit Card Division...  I asked "of what company"? They told me they needed me to answer questions about my credit card debt in order to qualify for their program.  I told them again that I wanted to know the name of their company.  They refused to tell me and hung up on me.  I have reported the call at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I keep getting phone calls from them, the same as others reported here, where they say the company is called Card Member Services.  The number on the Caller ID was 201-267-5646.  Today I got "James" to give me his phone number, which is:  480-745-2903 -- and I reached him there, and also "Cindy" and "Amie."  "Amie" told me the company is located in Phoenix, AZ.  I went to the AZ Attorney General's website, followed a link to the AZ Corporation Commission--and was unable to find any such company incorporated in Arizona.  The company's reps refused to give me a website address for "Card Member Services" or an e-mail until I was "qualified" by confirming that I owed at least $3,000 and gave them certain financial and identifying information, which they would then use to call my credit card company and get my rate reduced.  Sure, right!  This must be a phishing scam.  I previously reported them to my bank, but they didn't do anything.  They are violating the Do Not Call law, too.  I am going to file a complaint with my state Attorney General.

Called, I didnt answer, I dont answer out of state calls, because they are all SPAM calls.
Did not leave a message.
Gave up reporting these to the DNL list, its a Govt joke.

Getting harrassing phone calls from these people about my credit card..Scary, that they can get away with these things...I hung up but maybe an older person might not....Get rid of this company or telemarketers...

Just got a call from that number but it disconnected when I said hello.  Maybe they've hired a psychic so they knew Ia lways hang up on the automated calls so they beat me to the punch

I received a call from 201-267-5646 and gave info on one credit card. They put me on hold and then was disconnected. I immediately called the creditor and placed a security password and restriction on the account. As I gave no other info, I hope this will stop them. Who are these people?  They call themselves Card Services. Watch out, they have not called back. When you return the call, no one can answer

Have received this recording multiples times. Thought automated calls were illegal. Especially when they fill up your answering machine.

I keep getting calls from this number regarding interest rates on credit cards.  Even though I've asked several times to have my name removed from their list I still get this calls.  What can I do??

201 267 5646 has been calling me and I do not know why. They are using minutes from my cell phone account.
