Calls come in with Caller ID = 'ELEC' or 'HOME SECURITY'
I don't need either, so I ignore.

Caller ID says "ELEC" they do not leave a message.  Calls at least once a day.

They call here 7 to 8 times a day, never leaving a message. What is so important that they have to bother me all day, but not leave a message. That's dumb.

I used *67 and called the number. First there was music, then an automated voice saying "Please hold for the next available agent" then someone picked up and mumbled something in Spanish.
So I'm assuming it's a scam thing and ignoring the calls that come in.....

whoever it is must be working on the "j"'s because I'm the 3rd Jo on here today. But same here caller "ELEC" and I don't bother to answer. The number comes from Kearny, NJ. 201-283-9606

2 calls from ELEC within the last few minutes?   When you answer it hangs up immediately.  I called the number back and there was some garbled computer voice that said one word then I was dc'd.  My guess is it is a home tracker to find out if somebody is home.


Basically it is spam

Call came in from Kearney NJ   don't know anyone there so didn't answer - no message left. Figure if it's that important they'd leave a message, right?
