They are a marketing company with programs for homeowners in foreclosure....they are in India...what's new ...that is why we have so many foreclosures...all the jobs are over there now since the brilliant politicians of the past 25 yrs have been outsourcing all of the middle class jobs. Now they are calling us to find out why we cant make mortgage payments?  They want to help with foreclosure programs????...I'm still laughing..because it is so ridiculous...you have to laugh or cry.

I received a call today and it sounded like the snow you get on the television.  I said hello twice then hung up.  I just looked up who called and saw it was this number.  Now I know.  I am not even in foreclosure.  Why would they be calling me???  Thanks for the info.  I will just hang up next time.

It is a scam. Report the telephone number to your State Attorney General ASAP!

These people called all the the time & refused to leave name or company info.The phone does sound like it is cutting in & out & I sometimes got an echo. They called today & finally said they were the Reaching U (you) network. (mtg Foreclosure help) Evidently they are calling/texting many people & using different numbers, Scam.

I got a call from this number today.  The company is called Reaching You.  Supposedly they are a non-profit company to help people who are behind in their mortgage.  1. I am not behind 2. I have only been late once in 2 years and 3. How do they access to my credit report?

I called the number back and told them to take me off their calling list. I will be reporting them to BBB and state Attorney General.

Got a call today. The rep said he was from Reaching Out, and wanted to help me with my foreclosure. I explained I'm not in foreclosure , or behind on my mortgage. He asked "are you sure"?. I hung up. The call connection kept going in and out too. My caller ID showed "Closter".

They are not in India, they are a non-profit calling from USA trying to raise donations to help homeowners in foreclosure by providing them legal representation. I spoke to them and they are good people trying to help millions of struggling homeowners like me. You guys should talk about people before  finding out  the facts first.

John Braxton is the name of the person from Reaching You.  I had the snowy phone call.  I asked where he got our number and he said if you applied for a loan modification that is how.  Unfortunately we have, so I couldn't dispute.  He did give me a lot of info and sent it by email.  I haven't had a chance to look at it, but I do have my suspicions.  I'll update if I find out any other info.  They might be trying to make themselves look legit now...

I am not even a homeowner and I got a phone call!    I told them this and she said we will be taken off the list.  She was actually quite polite.

Idiot sounded like an obscene phone call.  Cory (heavy breathing, static) was his name.  I never confirmed any of the information he asked (first name - last name)  - We never got to why he was calling, but I told him twice to remove my number from the list and then hung up on him.

BE CAREFUL! I've just reported this company to the Chicago Urban League at 773 285 5800 for loan modification fraud. I reiceved an initial phone call from a female and told her I am not in foreclosure. She asssured me, very politely, that she would remove me from the "call" list. Of course, this is a ruse. I just received another call today where I attempted to get her employee id number, company address, and speak to a supervisor, etc where I was denied. "Unfortunately, my supervisor is on break." "Unfortunately, I cannot give out the company number"   ???????????????? So I reported the number that was shown on the caller ID 201 297 5690 to the Urban League as a fraud. Please report this number if you receive communication!

I got a call too, asking for donations, they said they help homeowners get legal representation with the money they raise. Looked into it on Goggle, looks legit. They don't do loan mods, actually they are against loan mods according to their site www.reachingu.com

Seriously before talking with no grounds you should do some research. This is a non-profit organization raising awareness about the MORTGAGE FRAUD, FORECLOSURE FRAUD AND LOAN MODIFICATION SCAMS that are out there. They are not based in India, they cover 22 judicial states, have attorneys in over 22 different states and offices ALL over USA. Look up the supreme court records where they have taken cases to court and helped homeowners win they're home outright or keep them from foreclosure. If you get bothered by someone trying to reach out to you and give you all the necessary ammunition so you can stay protected against the banks and LOAN MODIFICATION then I'm sorry for you. IF YOU are in a loan modification you are being reported NEGATIVELY in your credit bureau because that's how the banks work. Good luck to all of you.

I can confirm that this organization is legit.  I had been going through a tedious loan modification process for over a year when I learned about Reaching U Network, who again is a non profit organization. They provided me information on the current mortgage crises.  They also provided me information on attorneys who could help protect my rights as a homeowner, as I have been battling the banks on my own for over a year now, which has been not only exhausting but extremely difficult as well.  They referred me to an attorney, who btw is is not part of Freedom Legal Plans and after researching other attorneys I learned most need a retainer to take on a case.  The attorney they referred me to did not ask for a retainer and better yet provided an affordable monthly rate.  I also did more research on Reaching U Network and if you Google them you will see that they do a lot as a non profit to help many who may lose their home through donations provided.

Try doing a little research. They're not in India. They are nationwide, and a 501c3 non-profit trying to help homeowners KEEP their home.
