Left a message stating it was the final notice before the IRS sued and to call them back immediately at 201-312-4474.  Caller ID said Wireless Caller with this same number.

IRS faker called my wife saying they are going to report her to the sheriffs for payment to IRS. ROFL why is the sheriff going to handle a federal issue??

A recorded message from a woman saying that the IRS is going to sue you and asking you to call her number.

Ignore the scam

I too received a voicemail from this # saying I was getting sued by the IRS. I did call them back and got an Indian fellow by the name of "Shawn White" who told me I owed over 2k in back taxes and if I didn't pay them, I would have an arrest warrant out for me and my driver's license would be suspended and my house taken away. I played along and said if I wanted to pay, where I can do that other than by phone and they said that I could ONLY pay by phone or else be arrested. I refused and said that was against the law and he threatened me that I'd be arrested at my house within the hour and hung up on me. I really hope other people don't fall for this scam.

How do you get them to STOP?!  I have already received calls from this number three times today!!

Bogus call from the IRS stating I will be sued if I don't call back...IRS doesn't call, they send letters, you call them when you get a letter if you need clarification.

I pretended to go along with the person and gave them no information and timed the call for three minutes then stated I worked for the IRS and the call has been traced and the FBI will be knocking on your door in a few moments. Have a nice day. I wanted to turn the tables on them and put some fear in them. Try it.

Keep calling asking them if it's a scam. They will hang up on you but keep calling. They will block your number after a few calls.. That's how I got them to stop..

I have received multiple calls from this number.  The say the Internal Revenue Services are going to sue me, and to call them back ASAP.  This is pure BS.

Said they were "IRS - Internal Revenue Services"  (note the "s" at the end of Services).  Said that it was a final notice and I would be sued.  Call this number to remedy.  Obvious SCAMMER!!!

I also received this call today, twice. The first time they left no message, second time the women said it was a call from the IRS saying that i was going to be sued and to call them back .
