Got two calls at once from this number. Both ended up being hangups. I'm guessing some auto-dialer

Got a call 11/23/11 did not answer it because not known to me.

keep getting calls every 45 minutes...... have no idea who it is, only lets the phone ring 3 times and hangs up before I can even answer.

Received two calls from this number Friday night - one around 6pm and another around 8:40 pm.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  No  message.  Annoying as heck.  

There is obviously no reason to be on the do not call list as companies ignore it anyway.

Here's the deal. If you decide to call back the number you get a solicitation from your local metropolitain newspaper (selling subscriptions).  In my case it is the MPLS Star Tribune.  This is a deceptive marketing tactic and does not relect well on the publication.

Got two calls from this number, two days in a row.  Hang ups. Don't know anyone in New Jersey.

Call it from V Mobile and receive recording "all circuits busy" which, I suppose is should be prevented by Tel company.
