- SCAM| 2 repliesThis number called my place of business and asked to speak to my boss. I told him my boss was not available and he got angry and stated he was about to get on a plane and to put him on the phone right now and then told me to shut my mouth when I stated he was not available again. This is a land line so he was not about to get on a plane and he said he was with tucker industries. which we have never done business with.
- unknownThis number also called my place of business and asked for the boss, by name. However, when I answered the call, there was no one on the line at first- it began to ring as if I was calling out. Then said man answered and asked for the boss. When I sated that he was unavailable he got angry and said "who doesn't say anything when they answer the phone" then hung up.
- maxstupid debt collector, "let me tell you my rates" won't take no for answer, harassing, annoying individual
- Call type: Debt collector
- AnonymousThis gentleman called and asked for the president of our company by name. When I said he wasn't and asked if I could take a message, he said, "Yeah, just tell him Terry from TNA(?) called." While I was in the process of verifying the information he gave me, he hung up on me. And this is why I lie and say my president is not available.
- MichelleJust got a call from "Justin" from this number. He wanted to speak to my boss, asked for him by name. When I told him my boss wasn't here (lie, he was standing right behind me), he got pissed and said "Tell him Justin from *garbled* called" and hung up.
- Caller: Justin
- VeronicaThis gentleman asked for my boss by name. When I asked if his voicemail was okay he got upset and said he was expecting his call. When I replied that he was in a business meeting and he was not expecting any call he got upset and told me to shut up. I told him to stop calling and he was appalled and his voice got nice and said excuse me. I just hung up on him.

- Lauren| 1 replyReceived a call from this number and the man on the other end of the line asked for my manager by name. I asked who was calling and he gave me his name. I asked where he was calling from and he told me Tucker & Associates. When I asked what this call was regarding, it went to static when he spoke. I asked him to repeat, as he had cut out. Again, static. I told him that my boss wasn't available at the time and if I could take his number and he gave me a 464 area code. I asked if that was a United States area code (we are in Canada), and he said yes. I just told him that he will have to call at another time, as we don't have calling to the United States. He told me that's fine, thanks and hung up. Thought it was odd that we would get a call from a 201 number, when we live in Canada, as we don't do much business internationally. I always probe them for answers before determining if it's a legit call or not.
- Caller: Tucker & Associates
- AshleyReceived a phone call from "Anthony" who asked for the owner of our business by name. The owner gets 20+ telemarketing calls a day so we screen them until we can verify that it is someone that needs to talk to him or take a message to allow him to return the call (which he is great about doing promptly).
We told Anthony that the owner was not available and could we take a message. He got very upset and gave his information and said that he was returning Owner's phone call (which would mean he had his cell phone number not our main office number as the owner never uses our phones to call out). My coworker (who took the phone call) asked him to repeat his name and he said, "I just told you my name 3 seconds ago, how did you forget it already?" She did get a little snarky back to him at that point. He then told her to put him on hold, get up and go find the owner, and put him on the phone. Um. no. We did, however, put him on hold. He hung within about 1 minute.
I took the liberty of calling him back, surely he didn't mean to hang up when he was sooo anxious to speak with our owner! It sounds like an actual company. The intro was a recorded message giving the title of the company, address, and let's you enter extension numbers. I pressed zero and got a pleasant sounding lady on the phone. I asked for "Anthony" and got the voicemail of Michael Somethingorother. I left a nice little message letting him know that we jumped right up to find the owner and I know how urgent his issue is otherwise he would never have been so rude. I plan to call back as often as I can.- Caller: Anthony with Tucker Industries
- RUTHBrandon with Tucker.... Rather snarky and rude, sort of apologetically said he was sick today.
- Caller: Tucker ?????
- JayceeSame exact thing happened to me as it did all the others. He got angry when I said my boss wasn't available, I asked what the call was regarding he got angry and told me its a private matter and told me he'd email him instead when I said I could take a message.

I told him "Unless you want to tell me what your needing to talk to him about, that I'm not patching you threw" By now I've got his number typed into Google, and I see he is a tela marketer of sorts... and he's telling me that I need to do as I'm told and If I don't go get my boss and do as I'm told he will have my job... - LOGot a call from this number...he asked for my boss and didn't even pronounce my bosses name correctly. Red flag!!!!! I told him he was out of the office for the rest of the week...and the caller got very annoyed and demanded to speak to him before Friday. I told him again, that he was out the rest of the week, and he again demanded to speak to him by Friday, and no later than Monday. I repeated that he was out this week...He was very upset and then asked me for my bosses email, because " he told me to ask you for his email, if I could not speak to him on the phone"...so I put the guy on hold...(in hopes that he would just hang up) and within seconds he hung up and has not called back. Seriously...these people make a living doing these harrassing phone calls...get a life scammers!!!!!!
- YDCalled the office number and asked for my boss. Caller was very pushy and rude; I asked who was calling and he gave his name, when I pressed on for more info he said he gave me everything he had but still would not tell me what it was regarding. When he insisted he was returning my bosses call, I let him know that he had not told me that previously. I put the call though knowing full well that my boss would not answer the call if he didn't know who it was. I'm usually pretty good about screening phone calls but this guy is really pushy and I didn't want to find out later that it was legitimate and I didn't handle it well. Next time I know to leave him on hold or simply hang up on him.
