just got a call from them this morning but i dont answer the phone i call trace the number to the local phone co and then i email the phone co about them  good to see they are scam artists must be all from south america too! wont be answering the phone to those [***] holes at all!and god knows them anyway!

got a call from them.  they state they are from an attorney's office.

I have gotten a call from this number and answered then they ask may I speak to so and so. They do not live here. They say she is your friend and given me this number this is crazy.

Received a call from BronsonMigliac, did not answer.  Left threatening message on my answering service.  Different #: (410) 863-4622 & 1-800-834-4066.  Looking for person w/same last name as me.  (Have had phone # for over 20 years).  They are very dumb, terrible detective work, & threaten to take action.  I am not that person.  And, if they call again, I will take action!!!!

Began calls on 06/03/2009 at 06:24 am. They are a collection agency that is breaking the law by calling hours before the legal time space per fair credit act. I will file a complaint regarding this tactic immediately.

I am worried.  I owe the money they are calling me about but I don't want to send money and not have it paid on my bill.  I am worried that they will pursue and garnish my wages.  What should I do?  They do call and harass unmercifully so when I gave them a check over the phone they stopped but it is worrying me now that I have read some of these posts.  I don't want to be embarrassed at my job because of my debt.  HELP!!

Don't even bother with these people. They're the last resort and show it in there practices. They kept trying to get me to verbally commit to paying a reduced amount on an account. Even after telling them, "I Don't Have It". I've been out of work for some time, so I don't have the 'extra' they wanted. I'm too busy playing catch up right now. Tried to offer them what I could afford to pay per month and they turned it down. Very shady, extremely rude and just plain f-ing stupid. How are you going to turn any money down? They're going to threaten you with lawsuits, but my account is so small they would end up spending more than the accounts worth to take me to court. When they first called, I told them I wasn't going to just fork over money to anybody that claimed to be an attorneys office. I wanted to verify the company! This douche was like, "We're a multi-billion dollar law firm, blah blah blah". Okay...seeing how you said so, here's all my money. You can hear other reps reading of other clients card numbers in the background. REJECTS!

Ok children here is the scoop. This operation is being directed from Leonia, NJ and is a part of a skip tracing effort to locate a person whom you may or may-not have known in the past. This particular number  will yield a response that they are an Attorney's Office. Could just as well be PI's, bounty hunters etc. In any case what you need to do, if you are not the ones they are looking for, is to call your technical service provider and explain your situation and have them block the annoying number or numbers. Welcome to the world of SKIP-TRACING. I myself have had these questionable people look for various persons, I do not know at all, at my number for which, I have had with ATT for well over 20 years.

I've just received a call from 201-461-0023, according to Google it belongs to Bronson Cawley & Bergmann.  The message left is for someone by a different name (no one in my household or family) and is threatening that if that person doesn't do something right away, that something bad is going to happen and they hate to have to do it to this person while they are at work.  The name is repeated multiple times and the threat that something bad will happen is repeated also.

these people called me too. i know what to expect because they used to call my workplace asking for different people and they are incredibly rude. they got sexually explicit with us girls too. we called the federal trade commission and the woman told us they get the numbers of people who go through pay-in-advance places, then call them from those cricket phones in other countries. mostly pakistan. people's lives have been ruined because they give them info and money. do not give them ANY info. the FCC said they are trying to find a way to deal with this and expect it to get worse over time but since they are actually thousands of miles away, it's hard to locate them. they may be calling from a number in new jersey, but they are not in the united states. if you even answer the phone, they will never stop calling. believe me. they used to call my workplace CONSTANTLY. i mean hang up and dial right back for 9 hours straight, i'm not kidding. it's finally stopped for now, but once in a while we do get a call and we just say that they don't work here anymore. we used to give them phone numbers which we said were for the people they were calling, but they were actually FBI and police numbers. they would call back screaming and threatening us. creepers.
