    Answered call from 201-524-9600. No immediate response, so it was not directly dialed by a human. I hung up and looked up the number here. No info given. So I called back using *67 to block my number. Automated answering device picked up the call ... "Thank you for calling U S Tech Solutions, a leading global consulting and IT services company. If you know your party's extension, please enter it now... or dial 100 for the help desk. Thank you again for calling US Tech Solutions. We appreciate your call today." When I dialed 100 ... "The person at extension one-zero-zero is unavailable. Please leave your message after the tone." I left no message, but called back and one-by-one tried other extensions: 101, 102,103, 123, - Same result. Tried 199 and 155... not valid. Ext 144 unavailable. So I looked them up online. Here ya go, folks:

    I didn't get a phone call but an email, on an old account I don't use.  Its from US Tech Solutions  the persons name I got was Komal Khurana 201-524-9600 ext 255  I called and asked her about the job posting they sent me for HR person for Honeywell.  It was strange that they emailed me on an the email I haven't used in 3-4 years, she told me that they had my resume on file and thought I would be interested in the job.  I had put resumes out 3-4 years ago but  it was for engineering jobs,  I never heard back from anyone, so I don't remember if I sent US Tech solutions a resume or not.  

    Well, I ended up brushing up my resume since I still need a job and sent it in, but never got a confirmation it was received.  SO doing some research on the company I couldn't find it listed under the NEw Jersey corporate division of records, but a company of a slightly different name TECH SOLUTIONS INSTITUTE, INC.  filed 6/2000 which is the date that USTech Solutions mentions it got its start.  

    I called the number this morning that I had previously mentioned and got a voicemail, I didn't leave a message, however Komal Khurana just called me back asking who just called her number, so I know that the line is being monitored.  

    Its all kinda strange, and I am now concerned about what they are doing with my resume information.  This could be some sort of data mining operation.

    They called me today and offered me a position.  The lady Heather asked me to call her back.  I left a message on her voicemail.  She called me five minutes later and I could barely understand her with her thick accent.  She offered me a position to a city where I never heard of.  I live in San Diego, CA and she offered me a position in Pennsylvania!  She said, "Sorry, let me call you back in five minutes."  She called back in five minutes and said, "Yes, you called?  Who is this?"  These people are whacked!

All sounded good - until he asked for my DOB! Seriously? In the era that we live in? I asked for an email w his contact information so I could get his contact info in the event they ever call again.

    The Patient Services Coordinator II is responsible for handling customer service inquiries on the phone from a variety of callers related to PAP/pharmacy; place outbound calls for clarification; determine eligibility of applicant, and other program specific functions or medication related activities. Daily activities may switch depending upon volume within different operations groups and where the work is needed.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and system records of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service experience and mitigate potential legal issues.
    • Report to the proper group any allergy, adverse events, or duplicate therapy warnings that appear.
    • Handle all inbound/outbound patient, physician, and physician advocate communications in a professional manner and within program guidelines.
    • Accurately enter eligibility paperwork, prescriptions, refills, and/or other information into system. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all applications, mailers, orders, enrollment forms and new patients. Process order rejections and follow-up activities.
    • Efficiently perform specialized functions for each program with a high level of accuracy. Aid department Lead/supervisor in developing other employees, answering questions, etc.
    • Enter and interpret program materials to determine enrollment criteria; explain to the caller or other employees the necessary requirements to be on the program.
    • Place outbound phone calls for clarification on any issues involving program or pharmacy guidelines. employees, answering questions, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school degree or equivalent
    • 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
    • Ability to obtain and retain Pharmacy Technician License per state guidelines.
    • Proficiency with personal computers; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Knowledge and Abilities:
    • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to cover peak times;
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment quickly;
    • Ability to adapt to new situations that may arise due to program changes;
