Scam call saying I owed IRS money. Just hang up!!!

Saying i owe taxes

Said they were calling from the IRS tax service department.  I asked him "How do I know that you are from the tax service department?"  He hung up.

They called saying I owed the it's

left aggressive message on answering machine stating money was owed but did not specify who, if we did not return call legal action would be taken promptly.

This is a scam.

Called back from another line and a guy with a heavy indian accent picked up with no hold time and just said thank you for calling the irs. No badge number stated.

Then asked where is his office located to witch he responded washington d.c. i then asked why is the call coming from a new jersey area code. He hung up

i may save the number just to mess with them since they like to pick up the phone.

Its also a good idea to report them to the treasury inspector general via their website.

Fake IRS Agent. He is very aggressive . Indian descent

Punk Indian guy tried to act like IRS.. Why can't we find this guy and shut him down!! Threatened to blow up my mother

use this to complain about false representation to IRS-it allows for you to put in the name they are using and their call back number

I got a call and told me it was urgent that I needed to contact them right away or have my attorney call.  Tried calling scared me to death and thank God the number could not be connected.
