This man tried to rent me a place as well in Dallas, TX. $500 deposit.  He used the name of the man who actually owns the home Richard Keilty. The man is very nice on the phone and sounds like he has a jamaican accent. Now we know he is not nice and should and WILL BE STOPPED!!!!!

This fellow did the same thing in a house in Chicago and tried to do the same thing to me.  He also, had the owener name who was on the house, but tried to get $1000.00- Scam! Do not sent nothing to this idiot!

This happened to me in Washington DC.  He used the name of the real seller.  As soon as I googled his phone number I found out he was a fraud.  Phone number is based in the Jersey City area.  He has an Indian or Pakistani accent.

This man is renting a house he says.  Wants a deposit.  Looks like a scam :(

He tried to rent a house using the woman's name that was listed to the house which is actually for sale.  I came close to sending him the $700  deposit.  Riverside, CA
