I think they have a computer that calls the numbers and it keeps rolling over.I think that is why the calls are hang up calls so many of the times. After the last call when I did talk to someone and let them know I don't want them calling here any more and that I have the phone company tracing the calls I have not received any more calls. I am now going on 40  mins.

They have called me numerous times today from 201.621.5696 so I finally answered the last two calls to see who it was. First time, they hung up on me (probably trying to meet quota). Then, the last time, when the person actually spoke with me, she could barely speak English and said my husband had registered online for free money from the government. I asked her who she was with several times and it was some "resort" company, to which I said that has nothing to do with the government. She was trying to be pushy -- "you don't want free money?". I pushed back and said to remove us from her list. She finally said she would.
I did a reverse lookup and the number is in NJ which she told me but it is listed "unpublished or unlisted." Scam if I've ever heard one...

These people began calling me at 6 am this morning.  They called over 40 times today and it is now 4:50pm.  I would answer and they would hang up.  I started answering and telling them that I had called the police and they needed to stop calling, but I still got calls. I ignored the calls and received about 30 calls while I was at work today.  About 10 mins ago I answered and there was an actual person there.  I told him I wanted to be taken off the calling list, to remove me immediately.  He just would not let it go and kept asking me why.  I kept telling him why (that his "company"  had called me 46 times in a single day and I was not interested in anything they were offering).  I also told him I had read articles online, stating that this was a scam.  He got very defensive and would not agree to take me off the list.  I told him to google the number 201-621-5695 and he would find the articles himself. He kept asking why I wasn't interested in free loans and grants from the government.(They get your number when you enter it online stating that you are interested in grants).  I said I wasn't interested in phony companies and certainly wasn't interested in being harrassed by a company, whether legitimate or not.  This scam has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.  If you receive calls, report it to the BBB and call the police to file harrassment charges.  You must inform the caller to stop calling you and they must call you once after that for it to be considered harrassment, so make sure to tell them to STOP!  If they keep calling after that, call the police.

I received 22 calls on my cell from this number from 12:30pm to 8:59pm on the same day.  I answered it twice; the first time no one said anything, the second time the lady was a very rude idiot after I explained that I did not appreciate being called 20 times in one day and that it was harrassment.  I ended up hanging up on her.  She called me back today twice and I finally got enough info out of her that she was trying to sell me a government grant program

I'm in utah and I have gotten over 50 calls from these guy every few minutes.  noone answers it doesn't even ring long enough to pick up sometimes. I just registered them on the do not call list. Anyone know anything about this number?  It's on my cell phone and it's driving me nuts.  I noticed that if you answer the calls come more frequently

I had 16 total calls in a 24 hour period from this number. A message was left but nothing was said. I have it on my reject list so I never hear it unles I want to. I answered a couple times. Nothing ws said.

They too have been calling me for days from very early in the morning too extremely late at night. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling and that I did not want their information since they want me to put it on my cedit card.  I have even told them several times that I was calling the police that didn't even stop them.  They are now asking whoever answeres the phone to give them payment information so that they can send it to me.  This has been going on for at least 2 or 3 weeks.  What can I do?

Also, online users BEWARE.  I responded to what seemed like a legitimate website to request the free government grant information.  When it asked for my payment information for shipping, that's when I became skeptical and did not complete the information page.  When I went back to take off my name, phone number, and address, it would not let me go back saying that the page had expired.  I  could go forward to the payment page, however.  I just closed out the site, thinking that would be the end of that, but that is when the harassing phone calls started.

Twice so far today. Once at 8:13, again at 8:40.
First time she called, she was giving away free government money. I explained I was on the Do Not Call list, and that she was not permitted to call me. This infuriated her and she told me she was allowed to call starting at 8:00 am. I told her, "Not this number you're not." And hung up.

These people have called me (no lie) 17 times in the past 1 1/2 hours. Never leaving a voice message. When I call back I'm told the number can't be reached.
I would love to find out who these people are and start calling them at home 17 times a day.

When I pick up, no one answers. If I just let my phone ring, it only rings 3 times. I tried calling the number back and get a message the number has been disconected. They number was calling every hour, I had to disconnect the phone. Today I got 5 calls already.

I am starting a class action lawsuit against Allegiance Telecom Incorporated, 110 Meadowlands Pkwy, Secaucus, NJ 07094.  I have been receiving 20 to 30 calls a day from this number 201-621-5695.  I have tried to contact Allegiance Telecom and I have not been able to contact them.  I have hired a lawyer and starting a class action suit against Allegiance Telecom and XO.  If you are interested in being a part of this suit you can contact me at dougmrs@gmail.com.  In addition I have hired a private investigator to find out who these guys are.

I'm in California and they've been calling all day, my husband is on the phone right now with verizion to see if we can get this number blocked...and hopefully we'll get some peace and quiet.

the phone company said to make a police report...and you can only block numbers from a resident and not a company....

from july 17-july 28 they have called me a total of 39 times.

Every 2 minutes, right now. Dozens and dozens every day, nearly, for weeks.. Are these jerks getting paid per call, whether or not someone picks up? Jeez, from the sounds of how times and how many people they've called, I want in on THAT payoff!

Glad I found this place. Now am not afraid of picking up and telling them off.

The compnay Allegiance Telecom, Inc. Has called my house phone 30 times in one day all the way up to 10:45pm at night. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I tried to answer the phone no one would say anything and I tried to called back & it stated that no incoming calls. This is harrasment from this company and they need to stop calling people all during the day and night.

These people are most likely hooked up with deceptive gov't grant outfit based in Las Vegas. There's also a Web site that claims to have scoped out 47 online grant sites and found only four that were worthy. The top recommendation is The Grant Search Guide in Vegas. The site says this company has a money-back guarantee, which is a lie. The company's pitch is deceptive. Now after having dealt with them, these calls from Jersey start the day after I demanded and was refused a refund.
