XO Communication need to investigate and disconnect the phone number or do something so that the harassment can stop.

I get a call from this number once a day, they just call and let it ring once then hang up... they have talked to me twice and it was from some gov. grant place... stupid girl could barely speak english

they call every hour on the hour up until 9pm. when i call back the number it is disconnected or the message says you have reached a non working number error code 14.

They just keep calling. Once they said something about giving me money and now they just hang up so I don't answer.

this number calls my home phone and my cell phone at least a dozen times a day for the past five days.  When I try to return the cann, I get a message that the number is not in service.  Who are they and how can I make them stop?

I keep geting calls from this number and they do not give you a chance to answer, they hang up on the second ring.  I have tried calling it back and I get a fast busy signal.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER!!! I thought it was a family member of mine so I answered. When I did, no one said anything!!! And after reading all of the notes on here, it would seems that I am in for more. Can't you put the number on the federal no dial list or something???

I get them all the time, too. I did fill out a web inquiry for student loans and grants about a month ago, and have been getting calls since.

They've been calling 15 to 20 times a day for the last three days.  I answered about the third time they called and the person sounded reasonable and thanked me for answering.  Ever since then, they keep calling.  After I answered a couple of times and nobody talked, I stopped answering but they continue calling.

Well, it seems like all of you getting the same calls as I do. I am police reserve and I am looking into this asap. I am going to find that sob and he or she is going to rot in jail for sometime.

i keep getting calls from this number i get about 15 calls a day and they don't stop.

Well the calls just stqarted today for me around 10 this morning and they have calling me every half hour or so and like everyone else when i call it back the number is no longer working.  I just with someone does the same thing to them that they do to us....

That is it, I had it. Please someone tell me what I can do cause I'm getting really upset about this. This is worst then the telemarketers calling me for something but at least they say something when you answer the phone these people dont. Yes, I even tried to call them back but the number is not in service or not working. This should not be allowed. They should get something out of this cause it is more like harassment!!!!

these ppl r so annoying!!! they call my cell phone more than my own ppl do.... like i said cell phone, i have minutes n its not to b playing on the phone wit them all day. i just want to know who they are n why r they calling so much!!!

These people have been calling me for 3 days now, at least 10 times a day!!!  I too have filled out some grant//loan paperwork for college and that is when it started.

This has been happening to my office mate for the last week or so- they've been calling up to 15 times per day.  When we call back, nobody answers, just dead air.  I wish that phone companies could help us with this.
