They called my work phone 6 times in less than an hour. Only left one message claiming to be Ms. King from the law office of Norman Kalina stating that I needed to return her call ASAP as it was an important legal matter. Funny thing is that she has called and left numerous messages stating that I had until end day to contact her or it would be sent in for legal action. I have answered a call from this number and it was an entirely different person claiming the same thing but the amounts and creditors names were different. Never have they stated that they are from ACA Recovery, I would have not known that without the web search on the phone number.
I have also had a call from 201-670-8851 Mrs. Lee apparently works for the Law office Charles Law Office....same claims as Ms. King and with the same threat. And when searching that number on the web guess what they are the same company "ACA Recovery" Completely illegal to represent themselves as from law offices when they are not. And to make repeated calls in the same day. They alternate between my cell & work number all day long. Today I had 13 phone calls to both my cell and work number(not counting the ones I may have missed when away from my desk) Only have1 message left on my work phone from Ms. King today and 1 message from Mrs. Lee on my cell. Out of 13 calls from either 201-336-1026 & 201-670-8851 - 2 messages left is considered harassment.

call from Linda banks at Turner law firm stating that my consolidation company is a fraud.  Says she will work with me regarding the loan for national payday.  Says that it needs to be settled same day and that the validated debt letter was mailed.  We shall see if I ever see it.

get keeps calling my employer never said the name of company or why they are calling

A lady named Kelly Gray left a message on my work. Didn't say where she was from. Left a message on my work number stating I had reached the limitations of the document being held in my office. She has to submit documents to prosecute to the fullest extent. Needed to talk to me left a different call back number of 18003653713 by 5pm the next day. Didn't say what the document was about or anything

I received call from Linda Brooks with Charles I. Turner, 38 Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood NJ. Phone: 201-570-8851. There is a Charles Turner, atty in NJ, but this name at this address is a fraud. Do not give your debit card or anything over the phone. Request documentation & then research the company online.

Received several calls back to back from this number finally answered and the man on the line alleged owed a debt of $1000 to a company I never heard of. When I asked that he contact me via mail he said good luck in court and hung up. I called back a spoke to a woman she wouldn't give me the name of the employer they had for me or information on the bank acct they alledgedly deposited funds into. When I explained I was a victim of identity theft she got upset when I hadn't filed a police report.( I've never heard of that before ).  She hung up on me as well! I then called back and spoke to a different woman. Her name was Lisa. I asked her to give me the dates the funds were deposited and the bank acct info. She asked me to call back. I then asked to speak to the "attorney". He was rude and smug as well. After going back and forth with him I asked that he simply tell me the date of the deposit or debt was incurred and he couldn't ! He told me I needed to go to a website to find that out ! I told him I know my rights and not to contact me on the phone. I asked that they prove the debt and send it via mail. At that point he again said well we will see you in court..... Long story short don't fall for it they're frauds and should be reported some how. They should be ashamed of themselves scamming and harassing hard working people.

A friend texted me and said someone from this number 2016708851, who claimed to be an attorney was looking for me and when I called the number first thing I noticed was that the person who answered it didn't acknowledge who they were, that person transferred me to someone else and again to someone named Kelly Gray, who still wouldn't tell me who she was
. Then when I wouldn't give her any information about myself she hung up on me. I later got a call and voice mail from this woman who said now that they had my number they would proceed with legal action....still not telling me for what.

I have been getting phone calls from this number. First phone call was on July 31 after 8pm. Second call was today August 4,2014.  The caller stated that I owe money for a pay day loan for emergency 911and if I didn't pay an excessive amount I would be facing legal actions.

I just got a call from this number: 201-670-8851, 7 minutes ago. I did not answer. I googled the number and this website came up.. great to see that this is a fraud and I can keep from answering it.

Be aware, i recieved a letter from charles i turner esq, demanding payment in the amt of $585, stating they are collecting for a payday company called paycheck today. they are no longer using aca recovery, they are calling it UCS, united credit specialist. He claim to be an attorney for them. All phone numbers are the same. 800-356-3713 and 201-670-8851. and the address is the same also. 38 E. Ridgewood Ave. Ridgewood NJ, 07450.

This is the same information that I received today via letter. They are really getting desperate. DON'T SEND ANY MONIES. I HOPE THEY SEE THIS AND GET A REAL JOB LIKE WE DO AND WORK! LIKE EVERY OTHER LAW ABIDING AMERICAN.......

Thanks for all of the info on this. I got a letter from them also wanting 270.00 for a payday loan form CASHADVANCENET
they gave me 10 days to pay. That his review of this shows that his office has sent numerous letters to me and that they were never answered along with  numerous phone calls. First I have never received any letters and have a blocking enabled on my phone. In this letter the client is willing to settle for a one time lump sum if paid within 5 days of my call to them. They have informed me that if I do not pay they will them file suit or else and Attorney with the Forwarders List of Attorneys  a service provided by The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals will file suit.

I so WISH I had seen this before! I lost $572.50! He sent me a letter and listed an on-line payday loan company that I used years ago.  I had no proof I paid it off cause I don't have that bank account any more dang the bank is even gone...... I'm suck a sucker!!! That was $572.50 I had to borrow from my Mom as I'm out of work on disability...........  
I got another letter from him wanting the same amount again for a THE SAME company and I sent him copies of how I paid already....  and have not heard back again..... I feel so STUPID!

Then they try to collect it even though you paid it off years ago.  They are betting you will be stupid like I was and they scare you into thinking you will loose your job and go to jail for this!  They used a name of a company I borrowed from years ago and I lost my job and settled the debt with another collection agency that I have no clue now if they were real either...... or so I thought they told me that there was a $150 balance on the load and with interest I owed nearly $600!  Like a fool I paid them.  DON'T get fooled like I did.....
