Just got a call from this number.  When I answered there was no one there.

on cell phone.  I did not answer. I'm on national do not call list, for all the good that does

I said hello several times
nobody was there

so I filed a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/Complain/ComplainCheck.aspx

We got a call from this number, there was some music then a recorded voice that said Thank you and goodbye

just got a call from this number, no one on the line.

Received a call today (9/4/07) from this number.  When I answered the phone, I heard music and a woman said Thank you and goodbye.  These calls are very irritating.

Caller called from 201-984-7867 and when I answered, they hung up.  Call came in September 11, 2007 at 6:09pm.

I just received the same call, WTF?  Don't people out there have a life?

I just did a reverse look up on the phone number and found out it was a Comcast Customer.  Called them and filed a formal complaint.  Not that I have a ton of power but they googled it as well and saw it on there and will be looking into this.  Hopefully this stops cause this number kept calling my business with the same stuff

I got a call from this number as well while I was at work. I heard some music at first, but then someone actually answered and asked to speak to the owner of the business (I work at a chinese restaurant). I knew immediately that it must've been a telemarketer since only telemarketers ask for the "owner of the business" rather than the name of the owner. So I asked if I could take a message, and of course the guy that was on the phone said "no." But yes, I agree, very annoying. I think all telemarketers should be euthanized.

I got the 4th call from this number just a few minutes ago at 8:22 am.  The same person tried to 'give' us the same phone.  It is SPRINT WIRELESS. I am calling the complaint number because we have asked twice to be put on thier do not call list

I got a call at 10:00am - no one said a thing...

It is always a live person, and they always offer to loan me money. No interest, but of course an up-front administrative fee.

This guy called me wanting to loan me money.  I said no and to stop calling me but he keeps trying.  Sounds like a scam.

I call the number back and get a recordingthat the 'number is disconnected and no longer in service' well then how is it calling me?  Easy, iit's sending a false caller id.

Received a call from this number on 4/10.  A foreign sounding woman asked for the owner.  I said I was the owner, and asked who she was calling for.
After a moment of silence, she asked if I was there.  I said yes, go ahead.
She hung up.

Our business received two calls within a 30 minute period on the morning on April 15, 2008. First there was slight silence then a foreign male voice. The first male asked for the owner of the business and upon questioning said he was from Global Cash Direct. The owner isn't ever available to telemarketers but also wasn't there so he said he would call back later. Thirty minutes later he called again and said his name was Alex but wouldn't tell me the company name. When I said the owner wasn't there, he hung up. I tried calling them back and received the 'this line has been disconnected' message. Obviously a scam. Thank God for internet research. Life is too precious to waste time dealing with these type of frivolous things.
