    Received call as US Government Grant. Asked where she was calling from and she said the US, tried to get a city but she didn't know any.  Female with fair English but unidentifiable accent. I tried asking if her name was Mumbai Jill and if her boyfriend was named Mumbai Bob but she just hung up. When the US government stops all gas and sin taxes then I'll believe in government grants! Just another group of scammers preying on the elderly, vulnerable and uninformed.
