I had completed a survey and I had won $10.00 and a $100.00 gift  certificate. They wanted me to go to their website but I could not find it right .  The person hung up.

it was marked DC call and I said hello twice and no one there it was a recorded good bye and then hung up tried calling the number back and the call could not go through at this time

I work at a library and just got a call from this number. I spent 5 minutes talking with this "girl". She's actually a very well done program. Ask her if she is real she says yes, ask her name and it's "Sylvia Davis" or something like that. here's my experience that i emailed to a good friend.

"i answer with standard greeting. theres silence and it soudns like someone hung up. i dont put the phone down right away and then i hear someone talking so i put it to my ear and the lady says we have won a $100 gift card and i need to go to my computer. i say that no one entered for that (it was a win from a survey filled out). she said someone did and i need to go to my computer. i said this is a library. (hmm not sure on chornological order now). her responses were slow. i asked what company she was with and she repeated the gimmick abuot gift card and added a $10 walmart card to the mix. but i had been suspecting she was a recording so i tested her. i asked what her name was. gave it. i told her to spell promise and she did but did it like "p as in passive, r as in roll..." then i asked how many letters in the polish alphabet. there was a long pause which could have been her looking it up. (oh! at some point before my other questions, i asked if she was a live person: "yes"). then she came back with "could you repeat that?" i asked again but silence. so i knew she was a program and i got curious and began to have fun. i said do you do math? answer: "no" but i said "what is 2 plus 2" "four" which was interesting. i began telling the recording about the library and the precedures and asked if there were any questions a couple times ("no"). eventually i won out and it said something like "our time is up" and hung up. this was at the five minute mark. i suspect that was the max time it was allowed to swindle someone out of moeny."

claimed i won a gift card one $10 then go to computer for a $100 gift card look of walkernetwork did but not the right one then the phone call went silent i kept asking "hello" no one came on so as this is happening at the present moment no still has answered back!!!!! wow!!!

Got a call from this #202-121-2367 I said hello 2x and they hung up...I called back and got a mechanical message saying that this # you are attempting to call is being restricted or not avaiable.

I received a call from this number.  I was told to go to wakanetwork.com to register because I had won a $100 gift card etc.

I went to the website and I was asked for my email address - which raised my suspicions.  I started asking where this Sylvia was calling from.  She said Las Vegas.  I asked her what time it was in Las Vegas, she could not answer.  I asked her "why".  She asked me, "Thank you - have I impressed you so much?" (probably misinterpreted my "Why?" as "Wow!"!!!!

I called up this number.  I was given many choices - I chose Website issues (option 2).  A human being came on the line.  I asked to speak to the webmaster, she said she wanted my details for entering into their records.  I gave first name and a fictitious last name.  I gave my email address as "someone@somecompany.com" - the female was too dumb to realise I was BSing her.

Finally, she asked me what the nature of my conversation was going to be.  I told her it was too complicated for her to understand and that I had only one more question, "Are you going to connect me to the webmaster, Yes or No?"

She started to explain some usual spiel.  I kept on interrupting her with "Yes or No"?  Finally I told her, I am asking this for the last time, "Are you going to connect me to the Webmaster, Yes or no?"  She started BSing again, to which I told her, "since you are not answering my question with a Yes or No, I am assuming you have answered No.  I am going to complain to the appropriate authorities and now I am disconnecting." Saying which I disconnected.

Have received two calls today from this number. it says DC, USA on location. Did not pick up so I decided to look it up. How can I make it stop?

Just called that number you posted and they admitted it was them that did it. What they are doing is illegal in 3 different ways and I told them that if I get 1 more phone call from them, I will sue the FU$% outta them for wasting my time, one of my employee's time and for wasting minutes on my cell phone plan along with being as illegal as illegal gets.

They are clearly calling/soliciting cell phones - Illegal
They are using an autodialing bot - Illegal
There is no clear opt out - Illegal

The lady at customer service then asked me what she could do to assist me and I told her "burn the company down to the ground". Hopefully for everyone, that happens.

I got a call form this # last night. The call came in about 10:45pm. I thought they couldn't call pass 9:00pm. I did not answer.

Got the same phone call I never answer it wish it would stop

This number called me twice. First time I missed it and second time I answered. I kept saying hello and no one was there. I stayed on the line till I got annoyed. Them with my friends phone she called and let it ring till it said the person wasn't there and to try again later. I called again literally two seconds later and it was disconnected!!! What's going one?? Two other numbers are doing this to me too!

got a few calls from this scamers saying i filled our a survey but this is the first time from this number they pulled this same crap with these numbers as well  415-121-6432 and 775-235-8209

What the heck! I just recieved a call from 2021212367, they did not answer. When i called back the call wouldnt go through. How can i get solicitors to stop caling? I thought there was a # u could call to completly stop telemarketers from calling?

I too got a call from this number however, I was asleep when the call came and from habit I had the phone on mute so I never heard it, but here is the kicker, I was getting calls like this from another number, which was 415-121-????, forgot the last four, I had to call my cell carrier and purchase a feature which blocks calls and from that moment I received no more calls from that number, so when I got this call and there has been only one so far, I noticed that the 121number was the same as the number from the calls I had blocked earlier, hmm, I called the number back and just like before I was told it was a non working number, so im gonna block this new number also, but what im thinking is that I may have to just change my number altogether because no matter how many phone numbers I block, whoever is responsible still has my number and can pester me at will, so sad to be that bored that all you can think to do with such obvious talent is to call people from all over the country to annoy them, and please why not donate the money that it costs to do this to one of the many worthwhile causes throughout the world and volunteer your time as well. im just saying

The party responsible for calling me again from this anonymous number seems to be from
call blocking company, since I stopped service.

I was receiving calls from this number no-stop all weekend long, whick I ignored.  Because i work in the Washington DC area I thou ght is was work related.  So wheni got the call again on Monday i answered and it was waka savings saying that they were call because i won a $10 Wal-Mart gift Card and a $100 gift card!!  She directed me to their website: wakanetwork.com then had me enter a promo code: wakafree974.  Then, just as someone else had previously reported, the call went silent and was disconected.  Hmmm, I beleive this may have started via a Publishers Clearing House Entry which I never completed.  I kept getting routed to so many other websites and offers.

Did you ever figure out who to report this to? And I am wondering if anyone has had any computer problems or any ID theft problems after this?  If you know who to report to, please let me know. I will be happy to do the same!!!!
