This phone number is from a company called "Global International".  It starts off telling you that you have won a large amount of money (2.5 million or more) and really expensive car (12 cylinder Mercedes).  All you have to do is send them money via western union to cover "insurance" on the delivery (~$300).  It also includes all kinds of ridiculous claims of how ligitimate this is and even tells you to call the FBI (via the number they provide).  Don't call that one, call the local FBI office (look it up on Google).  It is a scam!!!  Don't send them money!
