this person called me telling me I had a pending lawsuit against me from the IRS. Wanted the name of my lawyer, didn't give it. Told her to call back as the connection was bad. Didn't give any information whatsoever, but I did believe her. She never did call back, I called my lawyer and he told me it was a scam. Afterwards, I tried to call the number and got a busy!!!BEWARE

I got a recorded the similar message yesterday. I am not going to respond it since my tax return was clean and straight forward with TurboTax. Nothing to be afraid.
