got 2 calls from this number tell me to return their call but gives a different number to call ( number in reverse look up is in Washington dc the number to call is Washington state )telling me that me or my lawyer must call and not to ignore it, to prevent legal action, most likely a big scam...

me as well, 2 calls to call back... scam?

This kind of threatening and extortion has become normal.
I am getting carious calls like this from various departments. This is a threat of filed law suit by IRS and others are threat from DHS.

I just got a call too. I believe it is a scam. I looked the number up to make sure and so far every website I went to everybody says it is a scam.

I got a phone call too. Talking about IRS and them taking legal action. Called the number back and it drops the call. Given a 206 238-0115 and nobody answers.

When I called the number I received which (202-241-1251) I got a beep with a message stating, " this number has been disconnected."

just got a call from the 1251# and then they gave me 0115 number to call back.

These are the same numbers that called me.

Yes today i got 2 calls from 202-241-1251  its from WA stating I need to call on another number or else they may take legal action  against me for reason I can know only if I call on the other number. Its scam100%

Says they have opened a criminal case against me & my attorney needs to call them. Ha!!! Scammers!! My attorney would rip them a new [***].
