- Home buisnessMessage was garbled and person on recorded message had a strong accent. The first part of the message was missing so do not know who they claimed to be. They threatened legal action against me and even possible arrest today. I received this call twice today, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Both calls went to the answering machine.
