    Received two calls from (202) 241-2553 on Friday, 7/25/14 at 1:15pm & 5:50 pm.  Heavy middle eastern accent (India?).  Implied I need to have my lawyer or myself to return the call, soonest or I will suffer the consquences that will occur.  This concer will be reported to the U.S. Federal Government (FCC) as a compalint & threat using the telecommunication services.

    Received calls on 08/03/14 and again 08/06/14. from above phone number. Both time same person and same msg.
    Acting as IRS department. Wanted to know if I have a personal attorney, and be ready. Their team is on way to the door. Noted Urdu speaking in back ground.
