Fake call from IRS aka Officer Shawn White

lol yeah just got the voicemail from "Sean White". It was comical actually. If I could upload the voicemail here I would since everyone needs a good laugh. Didn't know the IRS operated out of a scammer call center in India. lmao!!

Really though people,  it's a scam. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK.

Same here but sometimes it's the IRS and sometimes its a US grant program.  I have told them multiple times to not call me back yet they continue to do so.  Bout ready to cuss them.

I got a call from from this # today,  stating that I was being audited by the IRS and that I have defrauded the government.  They also stated that I could be arrested and all of my assests will be frozen.  

Just got the same call from this dude who could barely speak english. Sounds gay too.

Rec call from Sean White Officer #16380 from IRS saying I or my attorney needed to call him back today. So I did from a different number and Sean answers say 'n I have been transferred to him (as he is chewing food loudly) I said "You called me" he says "Ya you'll be arrested by the end of the day"
First of all he had no idea who I was and I called him from a different number..... I also rec,. call the other day about grant money as well. I will be reporting this to the local police.

This was a bit funny, but the usage of 202 area code is clever. I called them back and asked to return my call. Can't wait to hear back....this will be a comedy act!!!

I had a message on my answering machine from a Patrick Brown and I couldn't understand a word he was saying so I knew it was total BS but I called back and the machine picked up saying it was Officer Sean White.  Same voice different name.

Thank god people care enough to follow up with these calls and report them on the internet.  We just had 2 or 3 messages from this number, from a Shawn White and David Hunt.  Both with the same #16380.  I was scared because they said my son owed the IRS money.  I do his taxes and I know he didn't, I couldn't imagine what I did wrong!  Thank you for reporting these idiots, I thought maybe it was a scam because they were definitely foreign but you never know!  I can rest easy now!  Thank you!
