This number calls all the time but never leaves a message. I have called the number but I can't understand what the man is saying.

Caller says they are with the US treeasury, fishing for information.  They seem to have name & number but are trying to use threatening tactics to get more info.  They leave messages and call back repeatedly. I call back and there is a recording.  Left just name and number.  Eventually got through, wouldn't let me talk, and threatens the "law" is coming after me and I am in violation of some sort of legal case, I am in trouble, etc. Sounds like b/s  a real summons or mail correspondence would have preceded this.  SCAM to probably get info, don't fall for it

Also forgot to mention caller has a heavy accent of sorts and is difficult to understand.  Threatening tactics also, non professional

I've received four calls in a row from this number, each time the person, with a very heavy accent, and it sounds like the same person each time, gives me a different name. The first time it was James Morgan, the second time Aaron Smith, I didn't get a third name as the message was blank for 2.5 minutes. Every time, he spoke about a legal action with my name on it, and if I didn't call back immediately there would be terrible things happening to me legally. I don't appreciate rudeness such as when I asked him to repeat what he said and he asked if I was hard of hearing...That is downright wrong! Someone needs to stop this. I even made the call back but only got an answering machine. It is all BS! Scam...

I allways answer the phone scam.com and they usually hang up and don't call back.

This is some sort of a scam. Do not call back, do not answer - but pretty soon I will have him tracked down and handed over the FBI. Watch out - this guy will soon hit national headlines.

The heavy accent is of a guy from Pakistan. Can clearly make it out - he is a total fraud

A female called me today with and Indian accent claiming to be with the IRS.  Gave me a case number, read an affidavid, and informed me that I would be arrested within the next 30 min.  All of this took place while I was at work.  Had to explain to my employer that I might be getting arrested after hanging up on this call.  First of all, she told me I owed the IRS $1,429.00 for tax evasion, and then proceeded to read an afidavid listing several other criminal charges I had no idea that I committed.  Long story short, she said if I paid the 1,429.00 over the phone right then and there I wouldn't be arrested.  When I told her that I didn't have that kind of money, she asked how much I did have.  RED FLAG!!!  I'm freaking out at this point.  When I told her how much I did have, she said that they would acccept that amount to put my being arrested on hold.  I was threatened several times with being arrested and put in jail for 6 months.  After all was said and done, I refused to pay and told her "I guess I'm going to jail for a crime I didn't commit."  I felt stupid afterwards.  Especially after explaining to by boss why I was on the phone during work for an hour.
