i recieved a call from this number as well it had a very bad signal and when i answered it, it sounded as if it transferred the call  and then someone was asking for me but then hanged up when asked who was it. My ID app showed the name of Thomas Keisha as the person registered to that number .

Someone called me from that number; says it came from WA D.C; when I answered it, same as the other consumer, the call disconnected. When you call the number back it says the mailbox is full; no name, nothing to determine who this came from.

Some guy called me and said he was with the federal government and that they were going to give me $10,000. The caller id said he was Thomas Keisha. When I told him that I was not interested and that I thought it was a scam, he threatened to "get" me.

This guy keeps calling harassing me the number comes up as Thomas kesha

Got a call from this number telling me that the federal government wants to give me 10,000.00 I asked for what he said it's a grant loan. I asked what do I need to do to get this money he said all I have to do is give him my banking information I said nice try [***] he then called me a [***] and hung up on me. LOL

Keep getting calls from this number, but nobody speaks.

This and some other numbers have even tried to say irs has issued a federal case against me and to please call and settle. Note irs never emails or calls to settle by phone and they usually send letters by mail first. I advise all Americans to look at its websites dirty dozen scams low life's are out there trying to freeride off our hard labor.

Got a. All from this number! They as for my son . I told them he was available and they asked were is he I said high shool!!!  They hung up!!! The are call for minnor children !! Bevery careful!!!

Calls several times a day, won't leave a message.  I started answering without saying anything, call disconnects.  Caller ID  shows Thomas Keisha.  Enough already.

I just got a call from Thomas Keisha and as usual I didn't answer and  I googled the number 202 246 1001

I received this same call this is about 4th time he called saying he was from government. I can get 9,000grant to call another number and they want your bank information. He said because. I was a good citizens. And never got arrested. This man belongs in Jail with the onther person who is involved i wonder how many people he robbed

I have gotten numerous calls from this #.  I just open the phone and hang up. or don't answer at all. can't understand why it can get thru when i am on the no call list

This caller has harassed me three times in one hour. It is a scam. They block you from calling them back. This is the phone number that the scammer gave me to claim my "government grant award " : 292-246-1001. Just in case anyone would like to know.

We have gotten several calls from the number, first from a male and then a female, both speaking in very heavily accented English and claiming to be with the US government. Even after insisting that they take us off their list they have called back. You need to add "scam" to your list of call types!

I've had 3 calls and 15 in the last 4 days. Leaves no message. Doesn't talk when you do and you can't call it back. I would say scam for sure especially after reading other comments

WOW for a one time Fee of $250.00 I can get an application card for $9,000.00 for ARA Funds from the US Government for not having filed Bankruptcy and having paid my bills on time! Some guy called me from 202-246-1001 and told me to give the next person at 315-636-4315 a Grant ID Number to which all I had to do is give them a long list of personal information and get totally screwed up!!!! NO Thank You!!! TELEMARKETERS!!!!

It was a missed call,  but caller ID said the number was from Washington DC.  They did not leave a voice mail.  I've been getting a lot of calls from Washington DC but each number is different,  I block each one, but it seems they have an automatic phone number generator.
The first time I received a call from DC it was the IRS scammers  (the reason I block all calls from there now)
