This person is with a collection agency. They call several times a day, leaving a voicemail every time. They state that they will subpeona me if I do not comply and call within one business day. Also stated it was a felony to owe a debt. Lots of lies. I used to work for a collection agency. Owing a debt is not a felony. Watch out for this company. I wouldn't work with them if you owe an actual debt. Sometimes the company call comes in as Federal Processing Services and sometimes it says Federal Recovery Services.

the phone number they tell you to call back is 866-431-6986 total fraud. The chick that leaves messages is quite a hoot..she threatens to sue and everything. Even throws in the "have your attorney call us" line.

Had a lady call today and left a voice mail saying that they received a series of three checks that I need to get cleared up within 48 hours or they will be contacting the police. I called the number that was provided by the lady and it rang several times and no one ever did answer nor did any mail box pick up.
