claiming to be a recovery service, when I ask for via U.S. Postal Service all information regarding the claim so I could dispute it in writing they threatened to have me arrested and notify my employer then hung up.....  

I had a call from a grumpy woman wiith an attitude which is completely unprofessional, and said good luck as in its a contest or in a mocking demeaning  manner.

I want her arrested!!

I received five messages from a fast-talking woman who identified herself as Agent or Alex Murphy. When I asked what the matter was about she said she did not know but that I could call the lawyer with an 800 number. After reviewing the messages that she left she once said she had my name and social security number.  Another time she said what sounded like I had written some bad checks.  She also said that she came to my house yesterday and I wasn't home.  She also said that if I didn't sign some papers they were going to send my a summons.  Looking back now at all the messages, the caller used all the scary words that would prompt a elderly, retired person like myself to feel very threatened!  

told me to call their other number on my answering machine, but had this one so I called this one back, and they lady said that they are a law office and they just recently got this number, and I told her they needed to stop calling me and my husband, over and over again. She pulled up my information and told me that if i didn't pay she would have a police officer to my house, I told her well i get home about 6pm and hope he is there when i get there, and I told her oh ya before i go i will be pressing charges on you, she got all mad started to yell at me and then she hung up.

They just keep calling saying they have a complaint including my name and phone number. Ii just hang up and blocked their number.
