Automated call to lower your creditcard rate

I do not want them to call me.  How do I stop that

I string them along using false info, it's the best way to
get back at them. It turns out they are a company called
Priority Direct Marketing, with a customer service number
of 877-354-5485, and they want to charge you $590.00 to
get your credit card company to lower your rates....

I received a phone from this number and I do not know who this is I would like for this to stop. How do I get them to stop

Company trying to get you to lower your credit card account. Be Aware, sounds like a scam!

called my cell phone--just unbelievable !!!

These call should never come thru the cell phone there annoying and too many calls are being made  telecommunications should be on Employers phones only this is an invasion of time

isnt there something we can do, they guy I talked to cursed at me at least 6 times, I do not need them to call me and speak to me that way. This company should be out of business.

I ask them if they are familar with the "Fair Credit Act"  it has several rules they are violating.  I ask them who in the company will be paying the $5,000 fine and teh 5 Years in jail for violating the law.  They never know what to say!

I pressed "1" and got a live person who immediately hung up on me when I asked him to remove my cell phone number from his list.

How can these [***] be stopped?

Called my cell phone, I pressed 1 just because I wanted to know who it was. I asked what credit card this call was regarding, or if it was a general sales call. The man on the line said "this is a scam" and I hung up.

Luckily I didn't answer but I am glad to hear that other people have gotten this number so we can aware other people about it!

I Know this is ridiculous, they give you the option to remove your number from "This" companies list, HOW MANY COMPANIES HAVE MY NUMBER????? i wanna take them to court!!!!! lets do it, there has to be something, how is this not illegal??? they owe me 5 minutes seriously that was a waste of my life and it happens frequently!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!! BOB SAGET!!!!!!

Has anyone notified the Better Business Bureau about this crap?
I wanna know how and where they got my number and who disclosed it to them. They are just as bad and possibly liable for disclosing confidential information, this needs to stops!

I no longer answer calls from numbers that I don't already have saved. If it's important, they will leave a voicemail.

It's good to know I can search the phone number afterwards and find others who have had similar issues, and that I'm not going crazy :)

Don't answer the calls!

Just got a call telling me that my interest rate was going to be lowered.  I asked them what card they were talking about and they said they work with all major credit cards, then asked if I had over $5K in credit card debt.  When I said "how do you know that I even have a credit card" they hung up on me.  If they ever call again, I'm going to have some fun with them.

I just got a call from them saying that my interest rate could be lowered. I did not press 1. I hung up. Then I tried to call from my office.  It is busy all the time.

I am SO sick (and tired) of these AH's...  bothering me while I'm with a customer, and I'm on the DNC list.  Fie to you 202-367-9197.  buzz off!!!
