These people call here 10-15 times per day.  Getting really annoying with no messages.  We have a private unlisted number and we still get these phone calls.  Just leave one message and we might actually talk to you!!!!  Isn't this considered some kind of harrassment????

From googling, I think this is a collection agency for Dell.  Calls, leaves no message.

It's IC Systems - which is in fact a collection agency for Dell.  Don't owe them money, and they won't call  :)

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering machine. I don't know if there is some law or something but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!
Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA And, it it is Dell, missed 1 pmt and just paid it.

they called my grandmother asking for my mother and claimed they were doctors when i called them and demanded for a release of the recording they said they did not have to i asked to speak with the manager and they said that they dont have to let me.

I just returned a call from that number and the gentleman told me that it was for Anna Sullivan.  Not only have I had this number for over 3 yrs., I am not Anna Sullivan.  They told me they would remove the number, we will see.  From past experiences with people having had this number in the past, I will probably recieve calls from different phone numbers from the same company for years to come.

I do not even have a Dell computer. So why are they calling me? Maybe if they had a person call that listens to the name said my voice mail, instead of a recording, they would know they have the wrong number.

Sorry, folks this company -- IC Systems is for AT&T and Direct TV....they are bill collectors.  Just wanted to let you all know...The people at DELL use the same company to collect their bad debt accounts too....as do several other companies...but the IC Systems main accounts are for AT&T and Direct TV...

NOTE:  The numbers that start with 800, 888, 877, 972 are people from different country.....

These are only some of the numbers.  Sometimes they can call and the caller ID says unknown or private number.  

Reason why I know these numbers is because I used to work for a company that contracted to AT&T to collect out standing bills....

Their rules as far as calling, they will not talk to anyone except the person who has the bill in their name (and in some cases their spouses).  If they do talk to you about the account that is in arrears....and it is not your account -- be sure to get a full name....then call the number back right away and ask to speak with (who ever answers the phone) THEIR SUPERVISOR.  By law they are not allowed to speak to anyone other than the account holder (and in some cases the spouse of that holder).  By getting their FIRST AND LAST NAME -- have them spell it to you...you can speak with the supervisor and complain that these people are calling you and that they disclosed personal information on this account and the account is not yours...the hourly employee will get written up or released from the job immediately.  

As far as what times and days they are allowed to call to attempt to collect on any outstanding bill....They are BY LAW allowed to call Sunday - Sunday (per time zone) from 8 AM to 9 PM.  This was the Law back in 2008 -- and I am not sure if these laws have changed....Since most of these types of companies have an automated DIALER system ...the computer dials the number and will not connect to the employee of the company UNTIL a live person (or an ANSWERING service of some type) picks up....then it will connect with a live person.  Then the employee will determine if the call was answered by a live person or if it were some type of electronic device (answering service)....

I get calls every day from this company and the only thing I can find is on pages like this and everyone says they collect for Dell, whom I have never had an account with, nor do I owe them any money. In fact, I don't have a single delinquent account to my name! Not to mention they call my cell, which isn't even in my name! It's my husbands, and he has no delinquent accounts for anything at all either! We both have spotless credit and yet this agency is calling me?? They won't leave a message either. And I've had this cell for 6 years now, so it's unlikely it's the previous persons calls! ANYONE ON THIS FROM THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK BEFORE THEY START CALLING PEOPLE!!!!! ILLINOIS HAS A STIFF FAIR COLLECTION LAW! AND BELIEVE ME, I WON'T HESITATE TO TURN A SINGLE PERSON OVER TO THE STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE!

They call my number and ask for my father who has passed away 2 years ago.
I have told them and they still keep calling back!!!
This is Harrassment!!!!!!!
