Received a call from this number on my cell phone - call back from my office phone. They said they were from the IRS.

This number called & said that IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me. It's a Phone scam.

Said they were going to file a lawsuit.

Didn't answer the initial call and was left an automated message stating I needed to call. When I called back a person with a heavy Middle Eastern accent answered "IRS, how may I help you". I hung up.

Received a call and message stating that they were from the IRS and to call this number in reference to a lawsuit.  When I called back you could hear a big phone room in the background and a thick accent with the man who answered the phone.  He stated he was Officer Harry Morgan 1455133  then proceeded to ask for personal information.  I told him that I needed confirmation from him that this was a legitimate call, he told me to wait until the lawsuit came in place.  I hung up

I got the same electronic voice message on my cell phone.  The message included no information about me, indicating that they were calling me, specifically.  Plus, there's no way the IRS could have my cell phone number.  Obvious robo-call; obvious scam.  I won't call back.

Message left with a woman's recorded voice saying, "to get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 202 375 8706."

Left message on cellphone voicemail  The reason for this call is to inform you a
lawsuit has been filed against you. To get more information call this number
202 3758706. It's fraud !!!

Got a voicemail message not stating my name but just told me that IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and need to call them back immediately. I called and phone rang two times and nothing. If this was IRS there should be a message if nobody answers stating what agency this phone belongs. What the heck...

Yup, it's a scammer claiming to be the IRS.  The number doesn't work, and this predetermined voicemail has been used with several other phone numbers.  Report it to the IRS so that they can follow up.

Had some dune monkey call stating he was with the IRS didn't know my name didn't know his name didn't know what country was from

Called with a pre-recorded message that they have been trying to reach you and this is the last attempt.  A lawsuit is being filed against you.  Called on a business line too.

Received a call at work from 202-375-8706.  Left no message. It was an automated robo call.
