The so called "Federal Grant" organization that is calling people from a 202 number out of Washington D.C. called me today. They are also using this number 202-407-9112. The guy sounded Indian and was very creepy asking me personal questions and acting obviously strange. Don't trust these guys for one second!!!

I am going to start an investigation into their sceem.

A man name Ryan Young who claimed to work for the government in tha Grant department said that i qualified for 7 thousand dollars so i went to western union and i was told then that i needed to send 280 dollars to receive and i did just dat.After that was done i was told that i needed to send 475 dollars to activate my the code.. I feel its a scam

As you guys, ryan young called me and asked was my phone a cell or a house phone, so I said cell. He then proceeded to ask me for the last for of my social. I asked why did he need that and his responce was "to F.......... You , you F.......ing B.".  Really doing an investigation

The so-called Ryan King called my fiancée and stated all these elaborate monies and grants, as a former federal government employee I naturally called the number back and was disrespected by some Indian type accented person, so I called the Washington Police Department and gave them the number and I will follow with them over the course of days and I will get back to this blog to update the status of Ryan King everyone else should follow suit and report this heathen to the Washington Police Department
202-405-5677 is also his number or his henchmen what an idiot

I too got the same call. I looked up the number on a number reversal site. It states that it is a Washington DC land line. That is all the information you could get, without paying for it.

1) The first dead give away would be if they are asking you to pay money, to receive free Government Grants.

2) How many people from India live in DC and work for the US Government, US born citizens have a hard enough time getting a job working for the US Government!

3) If "YOU" had been chosen by the US Government to receive a grant, they would most certainly already have your full name, DOB, SS#, and street address.
