I was called today with a request for my credit card information after saying some had commited fraud with my checking account.

An automated call telling me that my First Dakota National Bank debit card was inactive and I needed to enter information with their Security Department. I don't have an account there but notified the bank. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION the banks NEVER call!!!

just got a call from them saying something about security and reactivating my atm card.... i just hung up sounded very very sketchy!!

I was able to get someone at the law firm on the phone and talk with me.  They claim that they were transitioning their technology and their phone system was hacked and now the hacker is using their phone system to send out telephone phishing calls, under their caller-id.  very sad.
